Saw a similar item on Shark Tank for a lot more…
I am a senior female who recently bought some 5 lb and a set of 10 lb dumbells to exercise with. When I saw an almost identical item being demonstrated on Shark Tank, I immediately searched on Amazon and found these dumbbell grips for about half the price and purchased two of them.At first, I could not figure out how to lock these grips no matter how hard I pushed that knob and even briefly considered returning them, but am glad I didn’t… Well, I finally figured out how to lock it. It’s so simple, but no explanation for it was given… One must first remove that small cap at each end of the knob lever on the side of the grip. Works like a charm!!!

Good trick
This turns my dumbbells into a kettlebell. Does a great job. I use with 35 pound dumbbells and have no problem. Really good for traveling as hotels often have dumbells but not kettles.
