A great alternative to a single weight kettlebell
I like kettlebells a lot: They (1) are excellent for building raw strength (as an alternative to dumbbells and barbells), (b) are great for full-body workouts, (c) can help you meet your fitness goals when you can’t/won’t go to the gym. No more skip days!My challenge is that I don’t have space for a complete set of kettlebells at home. Weight matters a lot when you’re doing kettlebells exercises; it’s easy to miss the number of reps because the bell is too heavy.This product allows me to adjust the weight to the exercise I’m doing. The only CON I have found is that when you do swings, the plates slide towards the handle, throwing off your rhythm; adding an additional nut would fix that (see photo).

It turned out to be plastic! I feel unsafe to load more than 10lb on it. Other than this it’s goid

Don’t trust it
Failed with only 17 pounds on it threaded rod pulled out of nut. As all parts are plastic. Never hold these above your head.
