The handle doesnât quite fit small womanâs hands but itâs still works well. I took off one star because it would have been nice to have the exercise chart that shows on the Amazon description.

Great product for the great price!
I bought this for my husband because he wanted too work on his golf swing. He was so excited to try it. He LOVES it. It goes in and out of the traveling bag just fine and you can print out the exercises in the pictures Amazon provide. Highly recommend this product, unless you want to pay around $100 for a different one.

Use it during commercial breaks while watching TV. I donât expect this thing to produce miracles, but it exercises the swing muscles. That canât be bad. Better than watching commercials. 😉

To strong for me. The yellow resistants was perfect but seller offers only read.
I should order deferent strangh. I had previosly yelow one and I realy like it but it broke. Red is for more athletic guys.
