Knees feel great using this tape!
Hubby and I were collegiate athletes (soccer and running) so as we’ve gotten older, we can feel it in our knees. The other night we both were having some pain going upstairs so we each put one on one knee to see if we could feel a difference. I will say I probably didn’t place exactly perfectly, but surprisingly, it really did make a difference! It helped our knee caps stay a bit more in place and gave it the support that they needed. The application was pretty simple, I did struggle a little with ripping each section from paper backing like it showed to do, but the beauty of this tape is it’s ease in moving where it’s needed and still maintaining it’s stickiness. We were athletes in college back at the turn of the century (ha!), so they didn’t have this fancy tape but I love it alot more than prewrap and athletic tape! It’s way more flexible, doesn’t rub uncomfortably and easier to remove.I love that they take the guesswork out of how to apply by making it in the shape it is and allows for any size knee to use this effectively.I would buy this again as it does a great job!

Love the precut
Love that it’s precut so it’s easier to place. The paper backing is not precut, but even using regular kinesiology tape, it’s not. Give the tape a tug holding where you want it to rip in opposite directions and the paper will teat wit h out issue. My issue is that there was no instructions on how it should sit. My guess you can place the large end either above or below the knee, but the pictures show it goes under the knee. The numbers on the paper and how their printed makes you think otherwise. Either way, it works as great as placing individual pieces of tape. Will continue to use.

Difficult to apply for knee stabilization
Iâve been using kinesthiology tape lately for my knee. It seemed a great idea to get one piece, instead of using 3. But actually, I do not like this one piece. To use tape correctly need to stretch and lock edges at specific places. It is very difficult to do this with one piece easily. The places to pull the backing off are not easy to peel off (they are not perforated), cannot stretch and lock correctly on skin. When I applied it, â¦didnât seem as stabilizing as when using three individual pieces can control the stretching better of the tape. They donât give you directions or even a QR code to find a video for best application. I will not get this again.

Convenient pre-cut tape for your knees
This pre-cut tape is convenient if you like to use kinesiology tape on your knees. It has the right amount of stickiness and stretch. The backing is perforated along the lines between the sections. It is easy to tear the backing at the perforations if you stretch the tape at these seams. This pre-cut tape does not come with instructions, but you can see how it is placed by the sellerâs pictures on Amazon. The seller also has a video on Amazon, although the video doesnât seem to show using any stretch when applying the tape. I have no idea why there is a cut-out under the knee, but I am not an expert in kinesiology tape.

Tape is ok, but no instruction and backing paper is not precut, making applying difficult
Material and adhesive quality is ok, but there is no instruction included whatsoever. The key part being where to place the lower adhesive going across and where the cutout should be, but without instruction, it is a bit of a guessing game. There are numbers on the back of the tape, implying which area to apply first, but the number on the backing isn’t precut or even perforated, so it became a bit difficult to remove the backing in order. In any case, if you can get around the difficulty of application, once the tape is applied, it does work well.

Helpful and knowing where to apply kinesiology tape
I love kinesiology tape but always have to look up how to apply around certain joints. This is so nice to have as it’s already mapped out for the knee. The knee is one of the harder joints to figure out where to put the KT tape and is harder to get just right. With this already ready it’s so much easier. This stays on easily one week as long as I put it on pre-exfoliated skin, making sure that my skin is nice and dry. I trim off any areas that start to come up and it keeps it on longer. One thing I did notice is that after I peeled it off, in the shower, it did leave my skin needing to be tended to. The adhesive and my skin don’t always get along. I love feeling the support kinesiology tape can offer and this just makes it so easy to apply!

Ktape for knee
Very helpful precut strips. Each one has 4 pieces labeled in order of application. The black is true to color and the tape didnât irritate my skin after removing it.
