I bought this for my mom when we went on our trip to Hawaii. We did a lot of hiking and even hiked one of the volcano craters. She had both knees replaced a few years back and these were extremely helpful when hiking uphill or going downhill through the rainforest. Theyâre easy to adjust, sturdy, great grip and they are the perfect size to put them in your backpack and always have them handy. Definitely worth every penny.

Nice hiking sticks with light weight and easy handling
I’ve used these hiking sticks on a couple of long hikes, each lasting hours. They are lightweight, easy to carry, yet sturdy enough to provide reliable support on rough, rocky trails. Adjusting the length was simple and convenient, though I do wish they could retract a bit shorterâbut that wasnât a major issue. They also provide different tips for different terrain but I didn’t have to use any of them.For anyone considering twist-lock trekking poles, think twice. Before purchasing this set, I tried a twist-lock version, but they were difficult to lock and unlock, so I returned them and opted for these instead. No regrets!

Great intro to trekking poles
Iâve never used trekking poles, but I always seem to pick up a âwalking stickâ along the trail so I figured Iâd give them a shot, then I got a small backpacking tent that uses a trekking pole to set up so that was the excuse I needed. I got these for the low price (in case I ended up hating them), the cork grip (instead of a rubber one) and the clamp system instead of a twist-lock. Iâve used these on a <10 mi overnight trip, so this review may update after a few more miles, but so far theyâre everything I needed them to be. Super lightweight (canât feel them on your pack or in your hand) and very sturdy! Once you adjust the length and snap the clamps down, they DO NOT budge. I like the cork grips, no matter how wet it is or how much you sweat they never get slippery or rub against your thumb (which I was worried about). My only complaint was with the wrist straps, they were starting to rub on the back of my hand a bit by the end of day 2, but Iâm thinking that will subside once they get broken in a bit more.Iâm really happy with these and Iâm sure Iâll get lots of use out of them in the future, and most importantly for me, they work perfectly with my tent! Well worth the price.

Sturdy, well made, compact walking poles
These poles not only look good they are very functional and useable on all kinds of surfaces since they have changeable pole tips. Handle grips are comfortable and have a wrist loop to help secure your grip. Great product at a good price.

Walking sticks are good!
Iâm telling who ever will listen, these things are great! They make taking a walk something youâll look forward to. As a 67 year man I find they make me enjoy walking with confidence and the results of the walks make me feel invigorated! I can actually feel the toning to my body and it gives your mind activity so Iâm not even noticing any physical effort. Iâm no longer thinking about point A to B and point B turns out to add another half mile to my walk because itâs actually easier and fun. I feel so much safer about a little knee or ankle twist because I as you will also , fell the balance support they give. I recommend them for any that walks even younger healthy people will physically benefit from them.

All you would want in hiking poles!
I was so surprised that $25 could buy such quality of hiking poles!! They were everything I needed for my recent trip to Kauai. Sturdy, easy to adjust to proper height, and easily collapsed small enough for my medium size suitcase. They even came with a nylon carrying case. Very happy with my purchase.

Estos bastones los uso para hacer marcha nórdica y tengo que decir que son robustos, aunque ligeros. Me encanta la facilidad de uso del mecanismo para ajustar la altura de los dos segmentos. Las correas de sujeción a la muñeca son muy cómodas porque están acolchadas. Y los mangos son de corcho, muy cómodos de sujetar.

TodavÃa no he podido utilizarlos,pero tiene pero en apariencia un buen diseño con aspecto robusto y muy manejable además de venir con un kit muy completo.Estoy deseando probarlos.Muy fáciles de hacerlos extensibles y recogerlos con rapidez.Creo que he hecho una buena compra,aunque haya pagado algo más de lo que se pueden adquirir otros bastones de similares caracteristicas,me decicà por estos.

Buenos bastones. Se les ve robustos. Viene con bastantes accesorios y conteras de repuesto. Funda de transporte. Las dragoneras son super cómodas y acolchadas. El mango de corcho calidad.Por contra, quizás les sobra algúnos gramos.. hay bastones de aluminio 7075 más ligeros por el precio (decathl0n). Las estrÃas del mango son bastante ásperas y llegan a molestar , tuve que rebajarlas con una lija fina.Por lo demás , bien , son bastante robustos y fiables. Hice el camino de Santiago con ellos sin problema.Lo mejor: duros, fiables, todoterreno, accesorios . Las dragoneras son buenas y cómodas.Lo peor: algo pesados para ser 7075. Cierres de tramos de plástico. EstrÃas de la Empuñadura muy aspera
