Accurate and easy to use
I bought a less expensive brand the first time, and ended up with the Klein when that one quickly failed. The Klein worked immediately, and continues to impress me with it’s simplicity and accuracy. My most recent use of this product was to help identify angles on a deck stairway I replaced with hand-made metal railings. Although still not easy for me, this tool was invaluable to me to determine my cut angles. I also use this angle finder to adjust table saw and miter saw blade angles in relation to the respective beds easily. Highly recommend.

Super accurate!
I got this to check the angle of my saw blade on my table saw. The magnets hold it on the blade and I can adjust the blade hands free and get a super accurate angle. Perfect and easy to use!

Great quality
This is a great digital angle finder at a good price. The display has almost no delay and shows lean direction. Very easy to use and seems durable. The magnet is also very strong.

Why plastic?
I mean, I know why plastic. Plastic cheap. But it still feels weird that a device that can measure tenths of degrees is relying on a base that can be deformed as easily as whatever plastic this case is made of. You can recalibrate the level; it works by placing it on a surface, then rotating it to face away from you. This should reasonably find true level, as long as the base and surface are flat. But almost anything could cause a plastic base to be not-flat. Almost anything can deform this sort of plastic. It does come with a nylon case, which should hopefully prevent incidental deformation, and I suppose that if something else happens to it, you should be able to sand down the plastic to get it flat again and then recalibrate. The recalibration process is not hard, but it’s not exactly obvious. It does come with an instruction leaflet that explains how to do it. It seems like it would be a no-brainer to make it so that the leaflet fit in the case, but apparently the person who designed the instruction leaflet didn’t think that far ahead. I mean, it’ll fit, but you gotta kinda cram it in there. That said, it works well and is reasonably easy to read. I personally think that the icon that shows which direction it’s tilted is backwards from what it ought to be, but worse things have happened.

Simple and useful
I bought this for setting up my table saw and it helped get my angles just right and fast. This thing is built solid and has a strong magnet on the bottom. Very bright screen and comes with a holding case.

Works great
Simple and easy to use for getting exact angles on my table saw. For those complaining about the “Err” messages, that happens when you lay it on its side. It only reads angles when sitting up right.

Works fine
Use in the shop often.

Klein digital angle finder good quality and well made
There are other digital angle finders with more features but I decided to go with Klein. I use this to help me gauge the angle when sharpening knives and for woodworking projects. Magnetic bottom allows fixing to knife blades and saw blades. Zero out function is the most handy thing. Seems durable and well made. Comes with storage pouch. Quality and name brand.

Great little tool to have. I’ve used it for finding the pitch of my garage, setting my table saw, chop saw and drill press.
