It tastes good and it did increase my supply in about a day. You don’t have to use a pack every day. I would do a packet about every 3 days. I like the different flavors and it tastes good cold. You have to stick it in the fridge the night before you go to bed and it’s ready in the morning. I would definitely recommend this product if you need to increase supply.The only downside is it’s a little pricey for everyday use. The ingredients are basic and you can get the ingredients on your own and make a similar one just fine. But it does what it says and increased my supply, just make sure your drinking lots of water as well.
