Great cookies
I really like these cookies! I’m 4 months postpartum and exclusively pumping and I’ve gone through a few bags now. It seems like when I am really consistent about eating them every day I do notice an increase in my milk supply. They taste really good and I like to have them as my late snack because they satisfy my chocolate craving, but are decently filling and I feel good about eating them to help with breastfeeding. I was skeptical when I first tried them but now I’ve started to crave them at the end of each day! I just wish they weren’t so expensive because it is easy to go through them quickly. I bought a lot of bags with my registry completion discount before it expired! They do occasionally arrive broken up from shipping but the broken pieces taste just as good.

Taste is acceptable but not as good as Munchkin
The flavor isn’t the best, but I love the protein content in addition to the lactation supplements – overall with that added protein I’d say these cookies are still likely to be worth it. Just wish they could taste better. (I now dip mine in peanut butter for added protein and flavor and it’s pretty good that way!)

Amazing tasting cookies! Must try!
These cookies are so yummy! I wasn’t excepting anything less since the Mommy Knows Best lactation chocolate chip cookie mix is so good as well. These cookies are better than any other prepackaged baked cookie I’ve tried (Famous Amos, Chips Ahoy, other lactation cookie brands, etc.) I’ll be honest, I definitely ate more than one serving when trying them! It was hard to stop!I love that they have real butter in them and that there are no artificial ingredients or preservatives. You can tell they taste more homemade than the other cookie brands I mentioned above. The taste & texture are great, I love the packaging, and yes, I did notice a boost in my milk supply most importantly! I’m breastfeeding my one year old so I definitely need the support in keeping up my supply! These cookies are a great alternative to the mix they offer when you’re short on time and need something on the go to support lactation. Only thing that wasn’t great was that they were crumbled on the bottom, more broken cookies than I’d like to see. They are so good though and I recommend them and would buy again!

Kids loved eating them too, boosted milk supply
I am currently breastfeeding my third baby, who is almost 7 months. I was considering weaning since my supply was starting to go down but decided to try these cookies. And my supply went up after eating 4-5 of them for 2 days. I only pump twice (once in the evening and once in the middle of the night) and both of those pumps had about an extra ounce of output. During the day, I nurse him so it’s hard to really measure those feeds.Also, the taste is good (a bit dry though) and I like that they are bite-sized and easy to eat. I did let my two toddlers try them too and they liked them! I read that they are safe/fine for people to eat (who aren’t lactating, including kids).I have made my own and also ordered fresh lacation cookies from a local bakery, but these are of course by far, the most convenient way to boost milk supply!

Very tasty and I love that they are bite sized so I can have (what feels like) a lot more cookies in a day. I found these worked well to increase my milk production. They instructions say 5-6 cookies a day and I found that worked really well for me. The cookies were super tasty so i found it hard to limit to only 6 🤭

It tastes good, but it doesn’t work as intended.

They taste so good for being a lactation cookie! I found I couldn’t stop snacking on them and my milk supply increased greatly. They are a little dry but I guess that helps me drink more water!
