quiet, effective, multiple choices
like this little thing! It runs quietly at night and gives me many options for setting it. It does not have a huge capacity, but Iâd gladly sacrifice capacity for having a smaller unit in my bedroom. It is easy to clean, requiring very little except water and a cloth. I wish somebody at the company had realized how inconvenient it was to put the water level indicator on the back of the device. It seems to me it couldâve been put very close to the display in the front.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I bought this, worked great for my plants and helped the dryness in my house. 2 weeks later it just stopped working…fan just stopped. We contacted the company who sent us a new 1. Great right? Well not even a week later it now doesn’t work. Just stopped working and continuously beeps. None of the controls light up, nothing. 2 of these in the past month and 2 broke for 0 reason at all.Updated…so they offered to send me a 3rd one. Ok great! Nope…same box as what the original 1 came in. Totally different humidifier and used!!!!! Don’t order from this company!!!

Works so far!!
Not super loud (about same as a ceiling fan) and tries really hard to keep humidity up. Our house is super dry in the winter so we probably need more of these units, and for the price it wouldnât be a bad deal. No white dust or mist, which is awesome, and the wood furniture and flooring in the units immediate area arenât drying out and splitting or cracking so I think this unit is a win!

Seems to work fine, but don’t ask questions
I think I love the unit. It seems to work fine, but forget about getting any help from service@lamoncare.com. Trying to contact them didn’t work for my questions about the unit lacking enough information, e.g. if the unit turns off automatically; why the small plastic bag that came with it was empty; loose felt discs for something; a plastic/ceramic thing but no info on what it is or where it goes. The accompanying booklet mentions a descaler and to keep it away from kids. Where/what/where is it?

Good customer service and product
It stopped working after using for a week(it was beeping and I couldn’t turn it on when plugging it in). I contacted Lamon customer service, and they quickly sent me the same a replacement humidifier. It has been working well since then. I use this humidifier in my bedroom; it’s quiet on the lowest fan speed and can run all night. From my experience, I would recommend to avoid pouring water from the top(this may have been the cause of the original humidifier malfunction). Always pour water directly into bottom after opening top parts.

I turn on a humidifier while using the heater, which achieves the effect I want. The noise level is very low, and the sleep mode doesnât affect me at all while sleeping.One thing to note is that if I donât use it for a long time, I take out the filter and let it dry. Keeping it soaked in water for extended periods can lead to bacterial growth.

Fan doesn’t work
I bought this product brand new and fan doesn’twork! I’ve tried all the troubleshooting and online recommendations for getting fan on humidifier to work, but it’s not kicking on. The display is on and I can change items on control settings, but motor on fan doesn’t start. When I opened packing box, the products box had the seals opened already (the ones that says, do not resell if the label is damaged). I was hoping it wasn’t a bad sign it had been returned already because I was super excited to get this humidifier. However, the fan doesn’t work and it’s not humidifying. So disappointed, I waited to order this and reviewed lots of products and it had all the options I wanted.
