Nonslip even on hardwood floors
After dealing with my Amazon basics mat sliding around like crazy during every workout and being way too small for things like curtsy lunges and split squats, I decided to fork over the $60 on this mat.It arrived today, I unboxed it and was pleasantly surprised! It is super thick, nice quality, and definitely nonslip! I tested it doing burpees, push ups, and just trying to move the mat running side to side. It stayed in place! The pink color is also so cute but neutral enough to not be so much of an eyesore if itâs left out (unlike my bright pink one lol).I do wish it was a smidge cheaper (like $40-$50 would be reasonable for this) but I am happy with it. The bands to secure the mat work well (theyâre Velcro so nothing super fancy).Overall Iâm happy with it! I plan to only workout in socks or barefoot so hoping that helps it hold up long term.

This Mat is so thick and Comfortable. The large size provides plenty of room to do any floor exercises. The straps to keep it in a perfect roll and the carrying case makes it a really easy way to take with you anywhere. I use at the beach a lot. A good investment

Overall an okay product
Love the size of this mat! I wasn’t too worried about the minimal thickness until I noticed that the material is not exactly the strongest. Impressions/indentions are left easily and the foam will not bounce back to its original shape/density. Just something to keep in mind. On another positive note – it’s recyclable.

Not what I really wanted but not bad
This thing is THICK and comfortable. Unfortunately it is too thick for how narrow it is. That is my fault for not paying close enough attention to the measurements provided. I’m using it outside on the nicer days for pushups and sit ups, however for anything with a bit more movement or HIIT it is way too narrow. Nice for what it is though.
