Nice bands for resistance exercises. I typically secure one to a post and can get every upper extremity and trunk exercise done. They are also great for leg exercises as well. Sure beats hauling around weights. The red band gives me a good moderate resistance and the black is a good bit more of a challenge. Iâve purchased several of these sets. The little carrying bag keeps them organized.

Rein von der Funktion hätten sie 5 von 5 Sterne verdient.Von den Bändern geht aber ein sehr starker chemischer Geruch aus, dass ich sie nur drauÃen im Schuppen liegen lassen kann.Auch nach einer Woche âauslüftenâ stinken sie noch immer.In der Wohnung würde ich die nicht liegen haben wollen.
