Cash cow got me feeling like a cow
After my son was born, I struggled to produce milk right away (every mother has this issue in the beginning before milk comes in)I started taking two of these supplements three times a day accompanied by the sunflower lecitihin, and BAM my milk started flowing. Now I can feed my child and have some to pump afterwards. I am filling a bag everyday, and feeding my baby on demand. I am very pleased with this brand. I am forever a legendairy milk supporter. I will say, do some research as some baby’s have different reactions to certain supplements (gas, etc) but this particular one works for me. I have lechita to try next, and I will be buying more cash cow and trying some of the others eventually. The ease of availability is nice as well as these are sold at stores near me and not just online. Their website always has great deals, I suggest signing up for their newsletter. The smell is akin to guinea pig food (sorry not sorry) but you cannot taste it, and it does the job so I could care less. The size of the pills are larger than most you will find, but again, you cannot tell if you down them with a beverage. I have not noticed and changes in pain relief, or sleep quality. The quality of this product is very high and it ACTUALLY works! My baby and I are very pleased.

Quick Results!
I am almost 5 months postpartum. After taking these pills for less than 24 hours I saw an increase in my production. I went from pumping an average of 3.6 oz to 4 oz per session. Although not a significant increase it makes me increase it was nice to see the results right away!

Honestly I took the whole thing and i dont know if it really works. I never noticed an increase with my supply. So I power pump weekly every other week. I took these supplements for a month with my power pump sessions. I make about 65 ounces extra every 3 days from exclusively breastfeeding my son. Then I tracked my supply for a month without the supplements but still with my regular power pumping schedule. Same supply. I honestly think if you stay hydrated and empty your boobs often thatâs the best milk increase. I would like to think supplements help but itâs most likely a placebo affect for me. Maybe it works for others and thatâs great but my supply was the same with and without them. And remember ladies, no one ever mentions this but supply is genetics too! Do not get sold or made to feel bad if you cannot increase your supply. Do the best you can but your self worth is not measured in ounces.

Definitely improved the milk production
If you are vieweing this review, I know you are an anxious mommy who wants to improve the milk supply.I got my periods 4 months postpartum and supply dipped drastically.I was struggling to meet 4oz after 4hrs+ in between pumps. After great hesitation I wanted to try this first over the liquid gold as this one is fenugreek free. After around 2 days of taking this, my milk supply slowly has increased.The breasts are now feeling fuller again which I could not earlier. Huge thanks to this productâs makers. I am now able to pump 8-9oz with 4-5 hrs gap between pumps. This has led me to save some in freezer for future use. This worked for me.Goodluck to you.Pros:1. Increases milk supply2. Makes the milk more creamier. It looks like store bought cowâs milkCons:1. Many people have told about gassiness in babies. My baby did not have any unusual gas after I started on this. But I do have some gassiness and farts smell awful.Note: I am also taking oatmeal for breakfast which might hv contributed to milk supply.Also I take 8-9 toasted garlic pods to deal with the gas.Not sure if they contribute to the above result.

The better galactagogues!
I feel these performed best in comparison to Pump Princess and Liquid Gold. I notice the most increase in my supply with Cash Cow.Pros: Increases my milk supply. When I am taking it, I pump 40-60ml. When I donât take it, I only pump 25-35ml (both breasts combined. Iâm an underproducer).Cons: Have to take non-stop and continuously, very expensive for only a ten day supply, smells and tastes like grass/hay, and is a âproprietary blendâ which means that the individual ingredient quantities are not displayed on the nutrient facts and therefore we donât know how many grams of each nutrient we are consuming; nor what percentage each nutrient is. This makes it easier for manufacturers to cut corners by using the majority of the cheapest nutrient or filler and only a very small fraction of the actual nutrient youâre looking for. This could explain why you have to take 6 of them a day and thereâs only a 10 day supply in the bottle.
