Been taking this for years. I highly recommend readying more about K2. This product works and has a good balance for quick, medium, long uptake. I take this daily. It is very important for people that have a lot of calcium build up like bone-spurs.

A fix for clumped pills
Like many others, my order arrived (in August) with the pills hopelessly clumped together. I put the bottle in the freezer for 30 minutes then used the handle end of a spoon to hit them in an up and down motion. They broke up and separated perfectly. I had to remove a few clumps and separate them by hand. So donât throw them out or return them before trying this.

Good brand and quality and I just hope the prices remain fair and otherwise I will continue to buy this brand and only complaint is those flip tops have to go because they are not a good top seal and probably let air into the product sorry to those who can’t take the time to just easily twist off the lid

I recently got off the drug Lisinopril after doing some research & found that Lisinopril causes plaque to build up in the blood vessels & I found that vitamin K helps to desolve the plaque helping your heart to work better. Highly recommend.

The K Super = k2 + k7 package arrived ok and i started last night with my usual 5000 d3 without adverse – im house bound ! I don’t know how or when I will know if this is actually beneficial re the calcium absorbion !? Will try to monitor and hopefully update this accurately later . Hope I haven’t left this to late as already have significant vascular issues .

Fast postage and good value. These donât seem to be readily available in Australia, so itâs great that Amazon sell them. After taking anti inflammatories for years and now bruise like a peach, I am trying these to see if it makes a difference. Too early to say yet.
