The best Multivitamins I have ever taken
This brand of MVI was recommended from my holistic doctor. Love this brand. I also use Life extensions Coenzyme Q10 and Vitamin D with K. Very potent. You take 2 multivitamins a day. I separate them with meals. FYI your urine will be electric yellow ð³. That is from all the B vitamins.

Another great product from life extenson!
I went back on these after a long absence . I was deathly ill last year and Iâm trying to build Myself back up from the inside out. Been on them for a few weeks and Iâve noticed more energy! When I shower I donât see clumps of hair anymore! Few strands yes, but the clumps were stressing me out. It does seem like itâs also looking healthier and some shininess. My skin looks better, so we shall see how this continues! One thing I donât like is the smell of the pill. I swallow it quickly. It does have a slight after taste but goes away when washed down with something. Like I said, Iâve been on this for a few weeks now.

These are great multivitamins. The ingredients and values are hard to beat. Iâve compared many vitamins against these and I always come back and buy these again. They have a VERY mild vitamin smell. They are easy to swallow. I can usually do both together without difficulties.

Amazing Energy!
The night prior to taking these, I didnât sleep at all. I was so tired and exhausted. I took only one of the vitamins, and immediately had the energy to clean a room I had been using for storage. I knew it was the vitamin because I could barely stay awake prior to taking it. I wonder what taking the recommended dosage will do! Great product, easy to take, and has all the components I was looking for.

I did a lot of research about individually buying the best supplement for issues I wanted to address. I found this, and in 9/10 cases this multivitamin uses the latest tech in supplements at a good dosage for a very reasonable price.For example it uses the methylated form of folate. Some people have a genetic disorder where they can’t process the typical folic acid properly which can lead to issues, and 99% of other multivitamins use the folic acid form because it’s cheap. Another it uses is opti-zinc, it’s well studied and one of the best for bioavailability.I would prefer a different form of magnesium as magnesium oxide is cheap and not that bioavailable, but that’s a small drawback. If magnesium is an issue for you, look at getting magnesium glycinate powder. To get a meaningful amount of magnesium there is a lot of bulk to the powder, you wouldn’t be able to fit into a multivitamin anyways.

After I did a comprehensive spreadsheet review of many multivitamins around the whole world, these offer a full and complete range of all minerals and vitamins at an optimal dose and an affordable price. Unfortunately, I have found I really can’t stomach swallowing tablets and discovered I need to go back to capsules, so can’t buy them any more for this reason. But for those who don’t mind tablets, they’re a great choice.
