very good but it looks like they are out of business
Gyms reopened in 2022. This is still good home workout gear, but at the time it was way overpriced. now less than 100 bucks, as it should be

Great product, great customer service!
I write this as someone who just doesn’t write reviews. But after the experience I had with them, I felt I had to. Today, I will complete my last workout of my fourth week, and I really owe my success to the Gorilla Bow, as well as the workout guide provided with purchase. A little over a week ago, one of my bands snapped. I reached out to customer service, and they said that they would replace it right away. I received it today, along with other resistance bands, ones I was planning on purchasing anyways, because I really love the Gorilla Bow!I started out with a history of weightlifting, and the Gorilla Bow makes it easy to recreate those moves in a gym-free setting. And the workout guide that comes with it is easy to use, as well as adaptable.I’m really happy with the results so far, and I look forward to continuing with the Gorilla Bow!

I am new to fitness and got the Lite Bow. I have been very pleased. The free 8-week program has a variety of work-outs and the Bow itself is very versatile. I think the Lite bow is a great size if youâre newer to fitness and also smaller like myself.It has been exactly what I need in place of a gym membership or expensive & large at-home equipment.The Gorilla Bow team is also extremely responsive. One of my bands got damaged and they were polite and prompt about getting me a replacement. If you have any problems or questions- absolutely go to them & youâll get the help you need. I highly recommend getting the protective cover for the bands though- to insure the most longevity for the bands.

Versatile and compact, love it
Love it. I got the lite and will probably order a 60 lb band to go with it. Iâm a 5â6â woman so the smaller bow and diameter is perfect, but as someone who regularly lifts weights, I can tell Iâll need more resistance after a couple of months. Itâs truly amazing how many different exercises you can do with this thing, and it offers smooth movement and great resistance. I would certainly buy it again.
