Excellent customer service
The product is good, but the customer service is amazing. I had an issue with the monitor losing connection and they have gone above and beyond to help me and all for free. It’s the best customer service I have ever experienced I have been blown away by them. So used to getting the run around from companies.NOT Amazon customer service, I have been talking directly to them.As far as the product it is good and I love that it is non wifi and low EMFs. Clear picture and set up is easy peasy.

The day after my baby turned one the monitor screen went black. Sound still seems to work but cannot see a thing. Customer service or even a manufacturer website does not exist.

Screen stopped working
Weâve been using this monitor for 9 months now and have loved it! Unfortunately, the screen has been turning off randomly for the past few days and even in the middle of the night which is very frustrating. Now the screen wonât turn on at all even though it has been plugged in for hours and we have tried to press the reset button multiple times. I really wish this wouldnât happen and we could continue using it!

Exceeded almost all expectations…
We were looking for a low EMF baby monitor which had good picture and night vision. It has all of this plus more with temperature display and split screen camera monitoring option also. Its an exceptional product and exceeded our expectations for the price.Battery life is ok but it does seem that the battery life is deteriorating quite quickly after 6 months of use as per some other comments.No charging issues so far for us.

We loved this baby monitor for 4 months until it stopped working. One day it showed a low battery (it had recently been charged) so we plugged it in for plenty of time but it never showed it was charging and the screen would restart when we powered it on but the would shut off immediately. We switched out the charger cord but no luck. Not sure if it is an error on our one product or if anyone else also has this problem. **UPDATE** I got in touch with a moonybaby representative and they were fantastic to work with. They sent a new monitor with expedited shipping and so far it is working great. The company has a great representative team and I am very happy with my experience.

Wonât fully charge! **UPDATED**
Iâve had my unit for a little over 1 month, and about 3 weeks in, the unit stopped holding a full charge. I charge it all day, and the battery drains within 15 minutes.Such a bummer.Also, I canât find any company info?Nick, from customer service, reached out to me within days of my review. He went above and beyond to get me a replacement screen & cord, free of charge. He also included one of the flexible mounts as a courtesy. I am quite impressed with the customer service and I am really enjoying my new monitor, works like a charm!Thank you Nick!

Wonât hold charge
We have had this monitor for 1 year, and loved it at first. We bought it because it has low EMFâs and doesnât connect to WIFI.Sadly, the monitor will not hold a charge any longer. I can charge it all night, and the second I unplug it in the morning, it dies. The only way it is usable is if it is plugged it.If you want a monitor that last more than a year, I suggest again this monitor.There is also no company information online, which makes any customer service communication impossible.

Broke after 5 months
Absolutely loved this monitor. Loved the clarity and that i could split the screen to check on both my toddler and baby. Totally would have given it 5 starsâ¦. But after only 5 months it just stopped turning on. Super super disappointed. Would love some customer support!
