Iâve had this for a little bit now, and while I donât use it as often as I probably should, I do think it makes my mat cleaner. And I think it smells really goodâlike lemongrass.The instructions on the bottle are easy to use. It does recommend getting specific mat disinfectant if you want to deep-deep-clean your mat, but this seems perfectly fine for everyday use combined with occasional deeper clean as directed on the bottle.I donât think itâs sticky, which is good. It is wet, of course, but it dries relatively quickly.Kind of a side note, but I would love if there were an easier way to clean both sides of my mat without having to lay the clean side back on the floor. Unfortunately, I havenât thought of anything yet. It would be nice if there was some kind of spray that you didnât have to use a cloth for, since then you could just set your mat on edge and spray it down. Maybe that exists. I donât know.
