Easy to use and well-designed!
This product works as intended and fits me well (however, unless you have super skinny legs it’s unlikely that the arm bands would fit around your high as shown in the picture). I’m a 5’7 female that weighs around 150 lbs. I really appreciate the 6 different settings that are offered (e.g., fat burning, sit-ups, acupressure, massage) and the range from level 1-15 provides a lot of room to gradually increase the intensity over time. I’ve only been using it for 2-3 weeks (usually 4-5 times a week) but have already noticed better definition in my arms! The design is really sleek and doesn’t take up much space and the quality of the product matched my expectations – it’s well made and sturdy. While it’s not intended to replace traditional exercise, it’s a great supplement to exercise to help improve definition and build strength/endurance in the targeted muscle groups. I like to use it when watching TV at the end of the day.

This product is like a Tens unit for your tummy! I have always been in fairly decent shape, but toward the end of my 40âs, I began putting on a little weight around my midsection. It hasnât helped that I have had rheumatoid arthritis since I was a child and at times have found exercising difficult. Otherwise, I am pretty active, working 50+ hours a week on my feet. I think during the past few years my core has lost strength. Also, let me not forget to mention that I have given birth to 3 children, which damaged the muscles in my core. Over time, they have relaxed a bit. I bought this because I wanted to be able to tighten everything up while I multitask, itâs like doing sit-up while you are able to complete your normal daily functions. While doing my hair and makeup for work, I also get a little workout! The major benefit I have noticed is that after using this belt, my muscles tighten. It becomes a subconscious action to continue flexing your core muscles. That alone adjusts your posture helping to keep everything in line. I use it 2x a day during the day, and 3x on the weekends. It charges quickly, holds the charge well, and is comfortable to wear! Iâm very happy with this purchase!

Easy to use, durable, and excellent work-out adjunct
This is an excellent product and I wish I would have purchased this sooner. I have loved using it while I watch TV in the evenings. The material sticks very well with just a spritz of water and is very easy to clean after use. The electronic components are very easy to use and the instructions provided were very simple. The additional bicep bands is a nice addition to the ab component. I have been able to use this 3-5 times a week since purchasing and have seen good results in muscle tone. As I’ve been able to increase the intensity I find that I’m getting the same muscle soreness that I would get from a gym workout. So far I haven’t seen any wear and tear on the belt or bicep bands and I am extremely satisfied with the value and quality of my purchase.

Amazing Product – Great Price!!!
Received belt and arm bands 3 weeks ago. After a couple of days I started seeing/ feeling stronger tighter abs. Wifey made a few exciting comments and they started using too. She wears it when moving around the house as it comfortable and works while she works.With the adjustable size it fits both of us no problem. We both do 2 to 3 cycles each. With the adjustable modes/ setting we can each target different muscle groups. We change them up through the week to get better results.For the price, I was surprised by the quality, fit, and recharge time. It simple, as you don’t need additional gel pads like other products that do the same thing. It come with a little pump spray bottle so all you need to do is simply spray the pads.It a great product and I have already recommended to some friends.

Comfortable and easy to put on and use.
This product works very well. We also purchased another competing product, and this unit is much more comfortable, much less painful when turned to higher levels and produces better results. It will make you feel like a full body workout.

Good supplement to diet/exercise
Some context: I have an athletic, healthy, build with experience working out. But I gained 5 – 8lbs in the last few months thanks to winter feasting so I got this to supplement my exercise, bc I generally hate working out abs (haha). I have been using this regularly now for just over three weeks. My routine is: I use this device for 1-2 sessions/day, OR do I do some kind of ab workout every day (sometimes I will do abs and also use this device, but at minimum I have to do either one or the other every day).General opinion: After three-ish weeks, I would say this has definitely helped give more tone to my stomach vs just diet and exercise alone. I also think this device hits the obliques better that I do with ab exercises alone, which is a plus. I do not think this would work as some kind of magical ab toning device if it was to be used alone, without a full exercise routine. But, it is a good supplement that seems like it’s sped up my abdominal results.The cons: I am a F, size M (size 6ish), and the midsection strap is way too big. This does affect the electrode placement and general usability. Because the strap is so long, I have to hold down the belt in place with my hands to make sure the electrodes have contact with the skin (very annoying). Another major con for me is the size of the arm bands that are included–they are impossibly big for my arms! The size of the arm bands combined with the poor strap design makes them very difficult to strap onto yourself. I actually sent them to goodwill because they were un-usable for me.Overall: I would reccomend the ab device, but only if you’re looking to supplement your exercise routine.
