I’ll revisit this review after more use, but I wanted to give a first impression.I used this product for the first time this evening (2/16/21). I was a little intimidated with all the wires and settings, but if you read through the little booklet provided, it explains it pretty well. This was my first experience with a TENS unit, so I didn’t know what to expect. The gel on the pads make them feel wet, but they are not. They are actually pretty comfortable after they warm up to skin temperature.The included booklet gives you placement recommendations for a range of ailments as well as recommended settings. Both of which were very helpful to me!The strength settings are also great, as they go in half increments instead of just 1-10 so you can find that sweet spot.For my first use, I opted for 20 minutes with two pads, one above each shoulder blade to assist with a knot I’ve had for several months. I started out at a low strength, but quickly worked up to half strength. At 15 minutes in, I was at 75%, and then for the last two minutes, I tried full strength. I have to say, it was a different experience, but the way it had my muscles contracting DID relieve my pain significantly! That whole area feels incredibly relaxed now.I don’t have a lot to say about the battery life, only because I have used it only once. However for my 20 minute session, at varied strengths, it still showed 3/3 bars for the battery indicator. It comes with a USB-A to Mini-B cable. It can be charged by plugging it up to a laptop or computer. It does not come with a “brick” or power adapter to plug into.All in all, I look forward to using this when needed! Great product!

Many Uses
I’ve used this Megawise TENS Unit for a week now on foot pain and plan to use it more for muscle pain due to intense yard work later in the spring. I know I’ll need it for that from past experience.As for the foot pain the placement of the electrodes is shown in the accompanied pic. I’ve put them on the side of my Achilles tendons (and the bottom of my feet at the arch) because they’ve started to bother me in the evenings after being on my feet all day. Hopefully this will work well for plantar fasciitis which I feel coming on after having it last year and know the signs. I’ve been told it should though it’s not mentioned specifically in the user manual.I’ve noticed that my feet aren’t as sore now in the morning when first getting out of bed so that’s a good sign.This unit is easy to use and there are so many options and intensities to choose from that I had no problem finding the best ones for me. Be sure to start off at the lower intensity and then gradually increase it to find which one is most comfortable for you or you may be sorry😖 I found out the hard way…..I say give it a try. There are numerous ailments mentioned in the manual so I’m sure anyone would benefit in one way or another from using this TENS Unit.

Small but easy to use
I like that it is easy too use and too hook up what I dislike is if the pad are not put down all the way you will get a little sting but over all it’s pretty good.

Charge me up
I use this for my Foot (Nerve and Circ Damage) and my neck occasionally for muscle pain due to an old injury. Works well, easy to use and Charge. Charge lasts a good long while…a month or so. Great for the Price.
