You get what you pay for: I plugged this in, filled with water, it does not work, at all. It sounds like it wants to work, you can hear a whirring noise, but nothing is coming out. I would not have put any stars, but Amazon wont allow zero stars.

This humidifier works well, as far as the mist comes pouring out! But, the fill does NOT last 24 hours like it says! If you have it turned up 3/4 to a full mist, it only lasts about 3 hours. Then you must fill it again. So, if you turn it on at night and want it to run all night, without waking up, to keep filling it, then jeep the mist on a low setting. The lowest you can. Then it will last longer. I’m not exactly sure how ling, but maybe 5-6 hours. But, if you have it on low, you can’t see any mist or really feel it coming out either, so it’s a judgment call. Another thing is, you must be very careful to not spill it! The lid doesn’t click closed, it will spill all over the place if you accidentally knock it over. Poor workmanship there. Other than those 2 things, it does work well. Depends how much you want to spend, I guess. If you don’t mind spending more, then I would. If If I knew these things going in, I would not have bought this one. I should have read more about it. I did see that it said the full tank would last at least 18-24 hours, which is not true. That was the main reason I bought it. I wasn’t happy when I realized it was only 3, 4 at most.

Original product was broken, did not work at all. I returned it to Amazon, received a refund. But then when the seller found out about the problem they contacted me and were eager to make it right…sent me a new humidifier free of charge even though I had already received a refund from Amazon. Exceptional customer service attitude. Second unit works perfectly.

The item was low-priced but purchased with Amazon confidence. The unit is tedious to fill, not on drop of water can ever go in the air vent. Complete stop. Empty, dry, use the next day. It would appear for the little use this humidifier has experienced that there are better products.Update – several emails 2 months ago were irritating and not any shred customer service but very polite to decline warranty and ask for more steps to be completed. This week I reached out to chat on MegaWise website. New unit being sent.I would avoid the potential hassle. Buy elsewhere.
