Easy to setup and automate – works consistently
These plugged work great. I have them in each of my childrenâs rooms with an automation to turn on and off based on an Apple Calendar (when I have parenting time) to avoid things left on for days at a time, like their electric blanket. They work consistently and are easy to override in Apple Home or via the button on the plug. Easy does it.

Great smart plugs
They work great and havenât lost connection at all. I canât say that for other brands I have. Easy to use app and connect to Alexa and Siri with easy and they stay connected.

Work well with HomeKit.
I bought these to replace two single smart plugs at a couple wall outlets. They fit nicely and allow access to the other outlet. Good choice it you need 2 separate controlled plug at the same outlet.

Ground Up
So, just like all products thereâs good and bad.The bad, doesnât want to set up with a dual band router unless you disable the 5gig first. Sometimes that works; other times it doesnât.It is a bit large and as others have said, youâre not going to use two of these on the same duplex receptacle. The good, the appâsave a small quirkâworks great. On iPhone, so no Android experience, it can be set up as a widget. Have it integrated into Alexa and can control with voice. Donât care for Apple Home, most of the time my devices fail to communicate with Home. If you must use Home, Iâd suggest looking elsewhere; not sure who is at fault for this problem. Now for that quirk i mentionedâ¦a NEMA 5-15R receptacle can be installed with the ground up or down. The app controls the device as if it is ground up. This means if your outlets are ground down that the app will control your physical right outlet with the left control on the app.Now the app allows you to name individual outlets on the multi-outlet devices so itâs not a major issue, but be aware.

Very nice addition to my small smart home network
A few years ago, “smart home” sounded like some expensive future luxury. Thank to the fast development of affordable/practical smart home modules & ecosystems (i.e. Homekit, etc) the “smart home” is easily accessible for everyone. Instead of having your home retrofitted with some whole home “smart house” system, it seems to come in small incremental steps (at least for me). It started with a smart thermostat, them smart cameras, then a Meross smart garage door module (awesome product by the way) … all these have opened my mind to other areas for “Smart Home” automation. Recently I found myself crawling under my desk to unplug a set of studio monitor speakers which didn’t have an off off switch – that got old quick so since I liked how my Meross Garage door opener was compatible with my Google home, I decided to buy the Meross MS110HK smart plugs because they were HomeKit compatible so I can use SIRI to control my plugs with a simple voice command. Th plugs were not yet on the market so I contacted Meross support and they were awesome as they kept my name on file and contacted me to let me know when they were ready for purchase (great customer support). I quickly found more uses for the smart plug so decided to buy the Meross Dual Smart Plug – works great and just adds more functionality to my already small smart home setup. I like that you can identify each plug separately. Love that these are Homekit compatible and also work with my Google home voice commands. When I go on vacation, it is simple to setup these plugs to turn on lights on a set schedule for security. So many uses, great integration with other smart home ecosystems and great support – what more could you want. Highly recommend. One note: at first the plugs were a bit hard to insert into the unit but if you worked them a bit, you could loosen the connection so plugs would fit smoothly.

Will not remain connected to the router in Apple Home, will not update in Meross app
I own other Meross Smart Plug Minis (MSS110) and they have been also had problems remaining connected, but not this bad. I thought two smart outlets in the same plug would be better than singles so I tried this Meross Smart Plug Dual (MSS120). I am very disappointed. It took many, many tries to get it added using the Meross app, during which I prompted to use the reset procedure just about every time. After it was added as a device in Apple Home I had to add it separately in the Meross app. It would not maintain a connection. Occasionally I could get it to turn on or off, but normally Iâd get No Response. I tried a firmware update. It had an update available (via the Meross app), no success. I tried installing the update more than a few times, no success. It has never remained connected to the WiFi for more than a few hours and it is less than 8 feet from the router. Now I have the RED LIGHT OF DOOM! There is no electro-magnetic interference, just the lamp that is plugged into it and an Apple Mini nearby. I bought this in October, 2023, might be too late to return it. P.S. was just going to take a picture of it and has mysteriously reconnected and the RED LIGHT OF DOOM is green again, very frustrating, very unreliable.

Not Much to Say Other Than It Works!
There’s seriously not much to hate about this smart home product. It works great, and it’s consistent with other Meross’ product setup & design. If I had to complain about anything, it’d be these three things:1. HomeKit QR code is on the top of the device as you can see on the picture. Not the best look design wise and wish it was on the bottom. You can move it but you’d have to peel it off.2. Not intuitive what is Switch 1 / Switch 2. You’d think the left & top button would be Switch 1 but it’s not. Maybe it’s me, but I keep getting those mixed up.3. Still 2.4 GHz only. I know it’s the standard in the smart home industry, but I would love to have just one SSID/band to manage.Other than that, there’s a lot to like:1. It works like you’d expect it to2. How it works in the app is awesome compared to its other gadgets. Instead of me to click into the device to turn on/off Switch 1/2, I can easily do it on the dashboard. I can also click on the power button to turn both on/off! Really smart though I mainly use my voice anyway.3. Works with all the smart platforms (HomeKit/Google/Alexa)4. Really quick and easy to install.

I really like these. The form factor is good, and the on/off switches for each outlet is a nice option should you wish to manually turn an outlet on/off.They pair easily and work well with IOS, HomeKit, Android, Alexa, and more.I especially like that they add more smart outlets without obstructing other outlets when you plug them into a wall socket.I would definitely recommend them to others.

Ha sido muy fácil de configurar tanto en Apple Home Kit como en Alexa. Trabaja en ambos simultáneamente.

I needed a smart plug that worked well with Apple HomeKit since I am integrated in that ecosystem. I used this plug mainly for the Christmas Tree and decorative lights. I thoroughly enjoyed the ease of pushing a button from my phone or telling Siri to turn the lights on or off. It took a while to set up though because it only supported wifi 2.4 and I had to connect my phone initially to our 2.4G Wifi which was a bit slow from where I wanted the plug to be. So I set it up at a plug that was closer to the router and then after it was set up with my HomeKit, I moved it to where I wanted it to be. The experience has been smooth since then! Would definitely buy more in the future.
