Puppies love! (Theyâre actually older dogs)
Both Husky and Lab adore these treats. I usually give them one before my husband and I head to work. Just to say love them and weâll be back soon. They probably donât know thatâs what we mean when we give them now that I think about it lolBut they love em! All the tricks come out, and they are ready to receive this small little bites. They are SOFT ENOUGH FOR ILDER DOGS TEETH, and chewy so they last a moment longer than other treats Iâve tried. My lab will toss treats back like humans do medication, but he drools at the mouth with these. Very good treats to use when training, and found that they are pretty gosh don inexpensive.

This new bag is a fraud. The REAL company treats are awesome.
Buyer Beware: I have purchased these treats for years, but these are not the same. The package is smaller but looks similar, and the treats are smaller and my dog doesn’t like them. She used to love these. What changed??Will will be contacting the company. After calling the company, these “different package” treats that look similar but are not the same, ARE NOT a product of the Merrick company. It appears that someone is making treats that are not from this company. Such a shame. Amazon needs to look into this problem. Buyer Beware!!

The only treat my dog never tires of
The picky little dog usually gets the larger size I break into 4 – 5 bites bites.I’ve lost track how many bags over the last few years. They smell fine to me, not stale, never unpleasant and being semisoft, they’re perfect for her little mouth. They somewhat stick to the dogs teeth so she keeps chewing instead of gulping it down like other types. This simple formulation may not sound like much, but it’s a big deal. One of these treats produces a more pleasure, over a longer time, making a much bigger impression on Doggie’s brain’s pleasure centers, and a firmer association in her memory.I used these treats to teach this (adopted) 7 year-old+ dog ‘new tricks’ and it was easy.Using only positive reinforcement, she’s gone from mistrusting and ignorant, to loving and educated, with no punishment type training and never a harsh word needed. She’s not much for chicken. I introduced her to a live chicken, she sniffed at it and ignored it. Not a gene in her reacts to birds and I don’t think they smell like food to her. She’ll chase a mouse, but ignores pigeons.I’ve also noted that even when ‘I spiced up’ her fowl based kibble and she’d eat it, she was listless and tired the next day, but when I switched to beef kibble her energy picks up.She has the treat schedule figured out. Comes home from a walk/ ride, races right to her throne, assumes the “sit pretty” position like a machine and stays there until she gets her due. If I get distracted, 10 minutes later there she is, like a stiff little statute (Look at me! Look at me! Where’s my treat?). She’d blissfully eat the whole bag if I’d comply, but I have to watch her weight – so I’m sneaking in the smaller portions.I want her short life to be a happy journey. I’d be content living tending a garden and caring for the creatures, all day, every day, forever an ever – just like Adam was supposed to do. That’s my idea of paradise, not being a stock broker/ lawyer/ politician/ banker … for all eternity.Meanwhile, I recommend these treats. In 60 years of owning and training dogs, they’re the best I’ve found. Every dog should have their day, and a good dog two!

Good size treats & gluten free
These are a good, non-messy treat for training a young dog. I keep them in a pouch in my pocket. They started making them a little larger, but I actually wish they kept them smaller (thus a 4-star vs 5-star rating). I needed gluten free so I could handle them without fear of MYSELF being exposed to the gluten.

Husky approved
We recently found out our girl is allergic to chicken and itâs pretty impossible to find treats that donât have some type of chicken product in them. We gave these a try because one, they didnât have chicken, and two, I have heard salmon is really beneficial for huskies and their coats/skin. Our girl absolutely loves these treats and I can get her to do just about freaking anything if she knows I have one in my hand. We have already gone through a bag and reordered a second, as well as trying some of the other flavors. We are really happy with this product and brand!

Great product –
Great quality
My dog loves these, they are a great healthy treat for your dog. They work very well for training. They are small soft bites and are good for any size dog. They are very good quality for the price.

Got these as treats to train my puppy and she loves them. They’re a bit big so I break each into 4-5 pieces to give her but the scent and flavor is strong enough to get her attention still. She likes both the chicken flavored and beef flavored ones.
The best treat to give my dog And the best seller to purchase from –
Best treat for my Rottweiler he loves it

Amazing! 1 fussy dog satisfaction to the max

My dog is allergic to poultry and poultry by-products, so this is great for an alternative to freeze-dried beef liver, and she loves them. They are soft but not crumbly, and they aren’t crammed full of fillers. Fairly expensive, but good to have to switch up her treats.

Our puppy likes these eats these treats but they’re not her favorite. They are small kibble sized pieces good for training and rewards. Our dog is a cockapoo and for smaller breeds you can break the treats in half if you need to.We like that these treats are grain-free and gluten free. The main first ingredient is chicken and they are soft chews which is a nice change from hard treats and kibble. Once the bag is open the treat do tend to dry out a bit and get harder. Adding a piece of bread to the package keeps the treats soft and chewy.Overall these treats are good however we paid $7.26 for the first bag and then when we went to re-order the price jumped to over $14. At $7 as a variety treat I’d buy these occasionally. At $14/bag I’d pass and wouldn’t recommend them.
