Just as slippery as mat
I really dislike this towel. I needed a towel for hot yoga because my mat is like a slip and slide from sweating. This towel didnât help at all. I almost busted my butt doing three legged dog. The towel slipped right out from underneath my foot.Itâs super thin with no grip at all.

I recently purchased the MIAOMIAO Non-Slip Hot Yoga Towel Set and was pleasantly surprised by its performance.
