Pretty straightforward. The weights are very bendable so you can put them on lots of stuff without much hassle. I do wish they were a little cheaper but I don’t regret buying them.

Great product! instead of buying another burbel I just added these to existing one, brilliant! I just wish I could buy heavier ones as well like 2-5kg each or something.

So glad I bought these. The gym I joined has dumbbells that increase 2.5kg per set, which is brutal to step up to. They’re a perfect size for taking on to the gym floor and I found once put onto the handle, they were just short of the dumbbell diameter so they didn’t mess with the level of them while placed on the ground. Because they aren’t snug around the grip, there is some movement, but not enough for concern. I was aware of it at first but quickly got used to it. My hand was close enough so it didn’t rattle around.Having 1 on each dumbbell didn’t mess with the balance like I worried it might either, I didn’t noticed myself holding them any differently (more to one side) – I had them on the side of my index finger for all moves.The easiest way I’d found to load them on was to lift one side, push the other away (picture 3). I tried pulling them both apart but it seemed like a lot of stress was put on the middle rubber. At around 4mm thick, it feels like it will last a long time so long as it’s taken care of.I should note I also used them on the handle side of both 7ft olympic and EZ-Curl bars with no issues.

Got these today and they seem good quality. Unsure how they’ll do in terms of longevity because the hinging mechanism is rubber but other than that I cant complain because these are a fraction of the price of similar products. I did buy these ahead of time for my braingain dumbbells but upon arrival I realised they don’t fit, totally my fault so it’s not a complaint, just keep it in mind.
