Awesome product.
On my last three day hike I used these quite often and were a great product. Very easy to use and very compact. The overall water cleanliness and filtering was great. The price is awesome for a four pack considering other options available for other brands. I highly recommend these filters. I love the fact they last so long and can easily be cleaned and reused so easily and quickly.

Great for BugOut
I got these for my BugOut bags. Haven’t used them yet since I’m keeping them for emergencies only, but I love the compact size. I also have a LifeStraw that a buddy gave me, and this one is much smaller and therefore takes up less space. It’s lighter, too, which is good if you’re trying to keep the weight down. I love that it comes with a detachable stra, which I attached one and it was really hard to get back off, which is a good thing. I like that it can be attached to a water bladder, too. The plastic water bag that comes with it seems really cheap, but I don’t see myself using it anyway, though I added it to my pack just in case. The syringe for cleaning it seemed it would be handy and I haven’t seen any other filter come with one yet. Great price for everything you get.

Water filters easily. Carry when I backpack, and takes about 4 min to filter water for multiple bottles. Water clarity and flavor highly improved! Happy hiking!

On a trip on a Caribbean island where drinking tap water is deemed unsafe. I have been using the filter for a few days now and no Montezumaâs revenge. Yay! Fill the bag with water, screw the filter on the bag, let the gravity do the work and 1-2 minutes later you have a glass of water you can drink. Love the size and the weight. Like the sawyer mini filter but cheaper.

Good filter
It’s nice having a primary filter before the fine membrane. When filtering dirty water with heavier sediment, it keeps the main membrane from clogging up as quickly. Seems to work as well as a Sawyer but with higher flow rate (I have not done any actual water quality testing other than by looking at clarity after filtering and drinking)…

We’re glad we brought this little filter along for our backpacking trip to Vietnam.It made brushing teeth, and having clean water a breeze. Sometimes we purchased bottled water as well, but it was nice to have the option of both.Unfortunately we don’t have the tools to measure the effectivity of this filter, so we had to purely trust the manufacturer’s claims. Neither of us got sick from the filtered water. Water can taste a little funny at first (from the membrane, even after initial flushing, and pre-flush prior to every use)…but if you’re in a pinch and need clean water, it performs well.I wish it came with a filler bag, and a larger “water bottle bag”. Nice that flush syringe and “water bottle bag” were included, along with replacement cotton pre-filters. I also love that the one end can be opened up to replace cotton pre-filter and let dry out.
