My son has always had a tough time settling down to rest at night. This sleep aid works wonders! We are still using it years later. The flavor isnât overbearing and he doesnât mind taking it compared to other brands or gummies or dissolvable tabs. Loved that I could get it auto shipped also and even more so at a discount. Timing is always perfect so he doesnât run out. Itâs very subtle to put him to sleep and he rests solid for 6+ hours. That would not be possible for him without Mommyâs Bliss. 10/10 recommend!

This is a wonderful product. My kids get it 2 times a week and they actually ask for it. I give only a 1/4 to 1/2 a dose, never a full dose and itâs just enough to make them yawn.

The Only Melatonin My Kids Like
I use this to help my littles settle down if they are too wired to sleep. We are a family of ADHDers and sometimes they are extremely tired and exhausted but their body won’t let them settle. It only takes 1 mL to work for my toddlers, and they actually like the taste, alot of kids melatonin have a weird taste. I couldn’t even get them to eat the gummy kind, but this kind is the only one that has worked for us. Definitely recommend it.
