    Baby monitoring
“After welcoming my second child, I upgraded to this baby monitoring system, and it’s been a game changer. Unlike my previous single-camera setup, this system features two cameras that link to the same monitor, and I can also view the feed from my cellphone. It’s incredibly easy to set up and has been completely reliable with no issues. The monitor alerts me with green and red lights for baby noises and low battery warnings. I highly recommend this system for anyone seeking peace of mind while their little ones sleep. It’s perfect for ensuring household tranquility.”

Love the idea, but connectivity is awful
I loved the idea of this product, we have multiple children that we need to monitor at night. Being able to have a big monitor plus the ability to check on our phone app was a huge bonus. I read about connection issues in the reviews but I always have to try things myself to see if it’s true or not.The cameras initially were great, they paired to Wi-Fi and synced with the monitor within seconds, the battery life was even amazing, it lasted all night (8+ hours); but after day 1 the problems arose. We had it a total of 5 days and 4 of those nights, I had to go in and unplug and replug in the camera to get it to connect again with the monitor. Every parent knows, you never want to go back in your babies room after they’re fast asleep to try messing with something like a camera (especially in the dark!). After this happening consistently for 4 nights, I had enough.. I gave it a chance and it failed.Long story short; we had also ordered one from Target because we had a better deal, and that had the exact same issue 2 days in… so it’s unfortunately a flawed product. Great idea, awful connectivity.

    Love this monitor!
It’s exactly what we needed! We have a toddler and newborn baby and the old monitor wasn’t going to cut it. This monitor lets up watch both babies in their rooms. I love how much the camera allows us to see.

    Does it’s job
I like that you can connect more than one camera. The zoom is the best on any monitor we tried. I do not like that the split screen does NOT listen to both cameras. It will show both cameras, but only listens to the one selected. It does however have a revolving camera/listening feature which switches cameras about every 10sec or so. The parent unit is large and thick, but I like the screen being large. I also like that it connects to my phone app.

Finicky, clumsy device with cloud service issues
Pros:- view both cameras on single, split screen instead of having to switch back and forth- has mobile appCons:- Monitor screen is overly fat, with permanent kickstand bulge sticking out and low-res screen. You can’t just slip it in your pocket- Clumsy icons on-screen that are somewhat hard to understand- No way to silence push notifications to mobile app short period of time, such as when you’re in the room and taking care of child (when you wouldn’t need your phone constantly blasting you with notifications)- Mobile app relies on cloud services, which is not a surprise. But the service goes down sporadically without any way to be proactively notified of an outage. Because you are relying on this for the safety of your child and you have no idea the alerts for sound or motion are not working, that is **completely unacceptable**. Motorola support confirmed there was an issue when I couldn’t get certain mobile services to work in the app, but they couldn’t answer more questions and directed me to email-only customer support in Hong Kong. Really, Motorola? Do better. This is not a video game or some toy.- The mobile app is clunky and switching between cameras is cumbersome and slow. Plus, split-screen doesn’t always work on the app like the monitor. The app needs an overhaul.- The instructions for wall mounting don’t indicate what drill bit size to use and support had no idea other. Not a huge deal, but simple oversight that should have been addressed. This is not a startup company and a pathetic oversight. There is also no paper/cardboard overlay, which would have been a cheap but nice addition.Overall, i don’t recommend this monitor and regret not buying another monitor.

    Can’t hold a connection anymore
Worked for the first baby, now it can’t hold a connection from our bedroom for our twins. Tried re-pairing and installing updates and it still doesn’t work.
