Great product
Always been a fan of the brand and this product is no different. Far and away the best powders on the market nutrition wise, stomach wise and taste wise in my opinion. Protein powder is for sure “you get what you pay for” and you know what you paid for about an hour after you take it. This product doesn’t cause any stomach issues (gas) like a lot of powders out there do and the taste is fantastic. I actually look forward to my shakes b/c of the flavor of the product. Spend the few extra bucks, your stomach and people around you will thank you.

Muscle Milk’s reputation proceeds their products. Great quality whey protein that’s easy on digestion unless you are lactose intolerant.This comes as a presweetened powder that’s not the easiest to dissolve. I would not do water as the product suggests. Add to milk, almond milk, food, cereals, yogurt (the best option) anything but water. My experience with cold water was it just would not dissolve and clumps remained, though I was doing this with a spoon. A blender might work better. The product just seemed to not dissolve easily.There’s a light vanilla aroma while your drinking this added to your drink or foid. It’s not a dominant smell.As long as it’d 100% dissolved there is no gritty texture.One IMPORTANT piece of advice:Though there are only 3 grams of sugar per portion DO NOT mix this with anything already sweetened. It will be disgustingly, overly sweet. I have a massive sweet tooth and it completely grossed me out.

I use it as a thinner for the chocolate flavored to cutback on its sweetness. The description says it can be added to other foods. Tried it with oatmeal and pea soup to add protein. The oatmeal before and after cooking. Before: resulted in a texture best described as dry whip cream. After: took so much effort to stir in (it doesn’t dissolve) the result was like a thick milk shake. Mixed with water before adding got desired results. Similar outcomes with the soup. Didn’t bake with it. It’s very light in color and will lighten darker foods. Serves my purpose well. 5 stars.

This product is a very good product. The taste is good and it makes us nice and creamy.BUT the price has gone up through the ceiling! Used to buy it for $57 for a 5 lb bag. Now it’s round up to $80!I can buy MUSCLE MILK PRO protein powder at the brick and mortar for more than $20 cheaper. Muscle milk pro has more protein per serving and also has extra vitamins and minerals added to it. Shop around before you go this way. Unless you just want to sit home and receive packages LOL
