I’m always looking at ways to add protein my diet, especially since I donate plasma and don’t seem to get enough protein from my diet. I like that the protein count for this was pretty high. I usually mix this with 12 oz of regular milk. It calls for 2 scoops, which makes a pretty rich shake when just combining with milk in a shaker bottle. I think it tastes like white wedding cake, which I’m not complaining about lol. My husband isn’t a fan of how thick it is, so he only uses one scoop. I like the thickness because it actually feels like I’m drinking a shake and not just milk. I’ve already gotten a couple of refills on the vanilla flavor.

Personally think this is a really good deal when comparing the cost to what you. If you are willing to buy two at the same time I think mixing a scoop of vanilla with a scoop of chocolate makes it even better. Especially if you use hot water to make it almost hot chocolate
