Good Protein Option with Some Challenges for Elderly Users
My mother needs an extra boost of protein due to her health conditions. I usually have a different brand in my monthly subscribe and save order, but it was out of stock this month, so I chose this as a backup. It seemed like a comparable option, so I went ahead with it. While I think itâs a good product, the foil seal on the bottle is very difficult for my elderly mother to remove, so I have to help her with it. She also mentioned that it was too chocolatey for her taste, which I didnât know was possible, but those are her words. Additionally, the price is higher than her usual brand. Overall, itâs not a bad product, but it can be challenging for elderly users to open.

Does the job well
Overall 5 stars. Only 4 for flavor, but as an Atkins dieter I add 2 to 4 oz. of half & half for a meal replacement anyway (along with vitamins), for flavor and extra fat content. 5 for contents: not only 32g protein (none from soy) but 5g dietary fiber too, which is good for us low carb folks. I don’t mind the inner foil wrap, if that’s a cheaper security element than others if it helps keep the price down. I’ll probably buy more in the future.

They are WAY too sweet and have a really strong sweetener taste. I thought they would taste the same as the regular muscle milk. I am going to throw them out.
