Works faster than gummies
I normally would take gummies for melatonin but ran out and my quickest option was to get these because I have insomnia. When I started using these I immediately noticed that they worked a lot faster than the gummies did — I felt the effects much quicker. They also seem to keep me asleep longer and in a deeper sleep so these work very well. The gummies were the same amount of mg so I don’t know why there was such a difference but I slept very well with these tablets. I highly recommend.For melatonin in general, people tend to take these 5 mg ones and feel as though they “aren’t working” and continue to increase the dose they take and wonder why they feel tired throughout the day. With melatonin, you just have to take them a good amount of time before you actually get into bed. Most people seem to think that it should work fast and take it right when they get into bed. Personally, I would start taking the max amount of melatonin for gummies and feel tired all day which led me to think that I don’t get enough sleep but it was just the effects of the gummies that was still hitting me all day. So if you are someone who takes melatonin and still feels tired throughout the day, I suggest taking a smaller dose about an hour or so before bed and you will definitely feel a difference. When I realized this, it changed everything for me and I felt so great throughout the day. I felt well rested and did not experience so much tiredness throughout my day. Long story short, have patience, and take the right amount instead of aiming for the highest dose thinking it will help you fall asleep faster or better.
