Wonderful for restless legs. Did nothing for trouble sleeping.
I had originally gotten this for my mother who has trouble getting to sleep. It didnât help her sleep up it helped her restless legs. So I tried it one night when my legs were really bad. Iâve tried many other things for restless legs and this stuff is amazing. Like her it doesnât help me sleep. I have taken it in the middle of the day before but within 10 minutes I can already tell that itâs helping and by 30 minutes my legs are back to normal. No more pain or urge to move them.

These little dissolving tablets just melt in your mouth and help you drift back to sleep!Sometimes one has to get up in the middle night and often cannot go back to sleep. Butthese tiny little pills work miracles! They help you relax so you can go back to sleep!

Helped with anxiety
I couldn’t get to the doctor to get a refill on my Xanax for a few months, so I tried this, after trying Hyland’s Calms, which didn’t do anything for me. These did help. Not as much as Xanax does, but it did lessen my anxiety and panic attacks a good deal. I wouldn’t want to depend on them, but they were good for an emergency stopgap measure.

Not effective even if yiu take four times a day!
The tablets make you dizzy but when you really need to sleep it does not work. Sleepy Tea products are more effective than these expensive pills. They wonât last long if you have to take four times a day just to feel foggy!

I WAS EXPECTING TO LIKE THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE OF GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH HYLAND HOMEOPATHIC PRODUCTS BUT I WAS COMPLETELY DISSAPPOINTED.I FELT AN ALMOST INSTANT SENSATION OF SEDATION BUT DID NOT LAST LONG ENOUGH TO FALL ASLEEP, I TRIED SEVERAL TIME AND GOT NO MEANINGFUL RELIEF SO I DISCONTINUED USE.
