Great
I take these at night with my Valerian root tincture and a cup of tea and hour or half an hour before bed. I sleep sooooo much better now and wake up with more energy and feeling refreshed. The capsules are huge it’s true haha I do believe this brands quality is great and there’s nothing hidden about it. I have noticed that I’ll wake up with nausea and indigestion though… I think some people experience these side effects with any magnesium so I’ll have to look more into it. I recommend these supplements though! They’re quality and work great.

Works well, pills are huge
This product works well for relaxation, sleep aid or any other reason you are supplementing magnesium. The only thing is that you should be aware that the pills are quite large, so get a different magnesium if you have a problem with swallowing pills. But otherwise this product is great and really works well.

These pills seem to work but the reason I bought this particular brand was because of the picture showing the size. The picture is totally off. They are a full inch long and I hate horse pills. Otherwise what they are is fine.
