Great multivitamin and I can feel the difference in energy when I take them.
I do want to add a side of caution however and i didnât knock stars off for this because I know it is more to do with personal individual issue than the product itself. Still none the less worth mentioning.
While I love these vitamins cause they do work great. Iâve discovered that Iâm not able to take them every day. They are likely to strong of a dose for me to do so, because after taking them everyday for a week I noticed was starting to have the side effect of mild stomach pain and general just feeling crummy.
I did try eating a meal before taking to see if that was the issue and it helped a small bit with the stomach pain but not completely.
So i switched to taking these every other 2-3 days and found that works better. I donât feel ick when i do it this way and i think itâs due to maybe I just need longer to metabolize it.
My bf also takes these and heâs not had any issue with them when taking daily. Heâs also loving the difference theyâve made in his overall energy/health.

My doctor recommended a multivitamin with high Iron content. I know this brand and the iron content is 100% of daily requirements. Itâs an oblong tablet, slightly larger than a typical capsule, but smooth and easy to swallow with water. Iâve just started so I canât comment on my Iron levels.

What can be said about vitamins?
Well, delivery was fast, packaging was great, and they provide all the various vitamins and minerals you could possibly need. A plus for me, when you open the sealed bottle, they don’t stink like so many other brands do. I highly recommend these vitamins!

It obviously does the job but out of all the pills/vitamins I take, the taste of this is the least appealing 🙁 once it hits the tongue it has a bitter taste BUT it’s still very good. I wish I could give a 4 and a half star review haha.
