This works pretty well for me. I actually go back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night. I have no hangover feeling in the morning.

WORKED FASTER, BETTER THAN MELATONIN
Wow tried this last night and within 15 minutes had fallen back to sleep. I always fall immediately to sleep but don’t usually stay asleep. Once I wake up for the bathroom I’m sometimes up for the day and it sucks when your day starts at 3:00am! I’m not one to lay there and clock-watch. If I don’t fall back to sleep at least within an hour, I get up and come downstairs until I feel sleepy. I’ve tried melatonin but it can take over an hour to work, and sometimes it just doesn’t work at all cuz I can’t turn off my brain. If you’re like me and have trouble falling back to sleep, try this product.

These seem to work decently, and I like that the melatonin dose is very low. However, ordering them online might have been a mistake as there was a whole lot of powdery dust in my container. I think these get easily damaged during shipping.

Help so much if you struggle with sleeping
These are the real deal if waking up in the middle of the night and you canât fall back asleep. It says you need to allow I think at least 4 more hours for sleep after taking but if it is later I take a half of one and it usually will help to get a few more hours. If I go to bed late and donât want to take my regular sleeping pills I take one of these whole and it knocks me out quickly. People must know about this because they are hard to find in stores. Thanks Amazon and nature made

I love this stuff. I have tested it out, used other products including straight melatonin, Tylenol pm, etc and this is the best. I use it when I am lying awake for a while with no drowsiness in the middle of the night. I dont feel it working, I just know I feel calmer after fifteen minutes and then bang- Im asleep til morning with no groggy feeling. I dont love the flavor, but it is still so worth it.

My complaint about the product is that it contains a small amount of sugar âfor tasteâ, when thatâs just the thing you want to avoid on your teeth right before bed.My biggest complaint isnât about the product, but about the pricing. The shipping is more expensive than the product itself. This product should not be associated with Amazon Fresh. Itâs a bottle of melatonin tablets, so I really donât need a specific window of time to pick it up before it goes bad.Without the stupid shipping prices, this is a solid 4 star product. Itâs definitely a bit on the pricey side even without the shipping when compared with other options. If either the price decreases or the tablet quantity increases meaningfully, and sugar is completely removed from the product, this would absolutely be a full 5-star product.
