Wonderful supplement
Iâve taken these vitamins for a while and I have experienced a big difference in my hair, skin and nails. My hair and nails have not only grown tremendously but have both become healthier and stronger. My skin looks more smooth with more of a healthy glow. I purchased these from Amazon during a flash sale. Great bargain for a great product. If you want to see a noticeable improvement you should check these vitamins out. Very easy to use and taste so good you wonât believe they are vitamins. Take once a day and in no time you will see a very significant difference.

Love This Product! I See Results!
I thought I reviewed this before, however just noticed I didn’t. I’ve used this product, by this brand, for about 3 years. I typically use it for about 3 months and have a habit of falling out of my daily routine of taking these supplements.
I’m a guy and at about 40 began seeing a lot of hair loss on the top of by head and towards the back, often associated with male pattern baldness in my case. I use a topical regimen of products consistently to slow that process and take these supplements to make sure I’m getting what my body needs to make my skin, hair and nails looks better.
My hair will seem to shine after about 4 to 6 weeks and it also looks healthier in general. I’m not sure if it’s the biotin or a combination of ingredients but what matters is I’m seeing a difference when I take these for over a month.
In addition my nails start to grow about twice as fast. I’m a guy and don’t pay attention to my nails usually, but each time I’m taking this formulation I’m cutting my fingernails about every two weeks and it just seems like it’s a lot faster than normal.
I’ve used other products that claim to help hair, skin and nails and I’m sure they all do to some degree. I’m giving this five stars because of consistency, of high quality, no flavor or texture issues and it’s positively effective for me.
I’ve not noticed any scent at all and have no issues with swallowing.

Iâve been using this hair and nail supplement for a few weeks now, and Iâm really impressed with the results. My hair feels stronger, looks and feels fuller too. My nails are growing faster and I have to be cutting them a lot more now. But I love that they arenât as flimsy and you know you can tell if it doesnât take much to bite them off. It seems to work well without any harsh side effects, and Iâve already started recommending it to a few friends. Definitely a great addition to my routine. Only thing is that it has a really strong scent and sometimes leaves a bit of an aftertaste.

Noticeable Improvement in my Hair and Nails
I knew someone who swore by this product for reversing hair loss. Mine was def thinning from age and my nails split a lot so I decided to try it three months ago. I have taken the full dose daily faithfully. Within just a couple weeks my nails felt stronger and thicker, no more splitting! Three months of taking daily dose and the crown of my head and entire scalp where I had hair loss/thinning is amazingly filled in and my stylist said my hair is obviously thicker. I highly, joyfully recommend. I have no idea why some reviews talk of an odor or bad taste to these because mine donât have either. Great product.
