Great choice for simple biotin
I’m not sure why people pay outrageous amounts for just Biotin. This absolutely works, my nails grow out healthier and harder, my hair grows fast (I have pixie hair so I definitely notice). The capsules don’t smell, they aren’t hard to swallow, and they don’t upset anything for me. I recommend them.

I love this product, My hair was once 46 inches. I went through like a moment or “mid life crisis,” where I wanted something new & fresh and cut my hair to my shoulder.After realizing what I did, I kind of regret it just a tad bit. I order these supplements and my hair has been growing an inch a month. Twice as fast as before. I notice my skin and nails looking good. It’s not a big pill and it’s tasteless. So I accidentally got the 1000 instead of the 10k and boy howdy did I see a difference!! So the 10k is a Huge difference!!! It helps my hair and my nails. My hair is so much thicker and grows so much faster and stronger with these. I like that they are small in size and coated. They are easy to take and have no taste. The only downfall is. They don’t always have them in stock. I buys these all the time!! Definitely Recommend!!!

Fast shipping and great product
It’s funny how getting older can make you excited for supplements and vitamins. I love how fast this shipped and that it is such a good product. I love that they are rapid release softgels. I had tried gummies from another brand in the past but they were so gross tasting I couldn’t finish them. The fact that I can take this once a day with my other vitamins first thing in the morning makes this so much easier to stick to. Great price and great product! Thanks!!!

small gelcaps, easy to take, nice high dosage. they do like to stick to each other, but a hard shake of the bottle will unstick them with ease. my skin and hair look amazing, I’m so pleased! even my hairdresser remarked on how long my hair got so quickly.
