Wonderful, travel size product. No discernible smell, no discernible taste when you swallow it with water. effective, easy to use. Just keep in mind it will melt if you keep it in the car glove box or another hot area.

Not That Quick Dissolving
I ordered these since my doctor advised me to take B12. According to the package, they are quick dissolving in about 30 seconds. They take at least twice as long to dissolve and I’ve been using them for over a week. I’ve taken other “quick dissolve” tablets that truly take less than 10 seconds.

Pretty good for metabolism!
I tried this for a while. It does help with energy levels and metabolism I feel, but unfortunately it broke my face and chest out in acne. After trial and error, narrowing down, I realized it was the B12. I still feel like these are great for energy and metabolism though, so if you aren’t prone to breakouts like me, then these are great quality!
