D3 good for bones, heart, energy, absorb calcium etc. easy to swallow.
The Natures Lab is a good D3 to take.I have been taking D3 for years. It is an important vitamin to take.D3 is called the Sun shine vitamin, but as we get older vitamins do not absorb as well, as when we are younger.I have lived in California my whole life, and it is considered The sunshine state.Iâm a older women and I have had Osteoporosis for over 10 yrs, and will not take the drugs for it after i did intensiveResearch about it.Finally my Dr. Called and said Not to take the drugs for it, I have two patients in the hospital from it.Osteoporosis drugs do more harm then good.I do allot of gardening in the sun, but still need D3.D3 is good for bones and teeth health, immune system. Helps your body absorb calcium, Cardio health, gives you energy etc. That said, it is still important to eat Healthy, no sugar, no soda, low salt, etc.For the last year I wasnât taking my D3 regularly, and when I had blood test taken my D3 was low..I went from normally taking 5000 iu, a day, now Iâm taking 10,000 to 15,000 iu of D3, once I get it up higher i wont be taking as much.It does take a bit of time when taking D3 everyday to get your score back up, I wonât stop taking it again.D3 absorbs better when you take it with food that has a little Healthy fat ..When taking D3 it is important to get your blood checked. When you get your blood tested makeSure you ask your Dr. To get your D3 checked also..Vitamin D is different then D3. , and do Not take too much, you can have side effects.Bty, I had a terrible accident recently, and while I was at the ER, the Dr. Was amazed I did Not break my legs.Iâm slim, and very smalled boned..I also take other vitamins, and herbs, but D3 certainly did help my bones. Natures Lab is the right type of D3. This is also a good price for 180 easy to swallow small vegetarian capsules.

Dry Powder Capsules Seem To Work for Me
I make sure to take vitamin D3 often in the fall winter and spring seasons. Let’s take a look..ARE THESE HARD TO SWALLOW?These pills are not hard to swallow. They are smaller capsules filled with white powder (vs oil like other D3 supplements are that I have taken). They are a since to swallow.ANY BAD REACTIONS?I have had no issues with taking these. I take them first thing in the morning or with meals- both ways work out well with no burping or digestive upset.DO THEY WORK?So far they seem to be working. Time will tell of course. I take these when the temperatures get colder as things go around to affect health a bit more then. In our area is less sun then so this is a good protection.THE BOTTOM LINEI like these. They seem to work and I am glad to have them handy to help fortify my body in the fall, winter and spring.MY RATINGFIVE STARS so far. No complaints from me!

Nice, high dose of Vitamin D per capsule.
I think most people are aware that the body can manufacture vitamin D, via exposure to sunlight. However, the majority of people experience vitamin D deficiency due to many factors (work, tendency to stay indoors, pandemics…all mitigating reasons that limit exposure to sunlight). Personally, I take 2000IU of Vitamin D during the late spring, summer and early fall. When I notice that the weather/temperature/season begins to encourage less outdoor activities, I increase my Vitamin D dosage (usually to 4000IU, or 2 or my usual Vitamin D capsules). This product provides 5000IU, which is 625% of the RDA. While it is a bit more than my ‘winter’ dosage, it is much easier to take one capsule than two. So, it’s more convenient and gives me more Vitamin D. Since this vitamin has been shown health benefits for bone, teeth, muscle and the immune system, taking a suitable dose of vitamin D is essential, in my opinion. With the cold/flu season upon us, and the current covid pandemic, boosting the immune system would be a sane course to pursue. The bottle displays badges for Gluten-Free and U (Kosher), and text notes that it is produced in the USA. I wish they had certifications for cGMP and FDA registered facility.Overall, This is a nice, high dosage of Vitamin D in a single capsule. It rates 3.75 – 4 star, with a moderately high level recommendation.

Get a doctorâs approval for this dosage
Perhaps taking half of a tablet is okay. Doctors advise 600 IU with some thinking in certain circumstances 1000-2000. This is 5000 per tablet which is considered to cause more health problems than help.

ð¥ a hot item these days, but like zinc….
… too much can be a problem, so for me,Ill often take a higher dose like this briefly,If im feelin off or near sick folk..Then alternate days ( same w zinc)…( my stepdad was actually given too much d3 by a kidney doc)Now the other hottie C, is water soluble so we take many thousands a day, and load periodically at very high doses ( 15-40,000)Too much C just gives ya the runs…So this has what i look for with the exception of including k2…Gmp andLab tested ( although id like to seeThat on the botte..)ðºð¸ USAIts d3 ( preferred to d2)Hefty dose in easy to swallow pillsAt a fair price….i like valerian root from them as well..So aside from no k2, its good..But don’t forget the sun, the ultimate source!ððððð

Small capsules, easy to take
Nature’s Lab vitamin D3 capsules are slim and very easy to take. They are smaller than my multivitamin, and a capsule form always seems to go down easier.I am glad to have found the dose I need: 5000 IU. I struggled for years with vitamin D deficiency. 2000 IU per day wasn’t working for me. Once I upped my dose to 5000 IU, I saw the difference reflected in my labwork. I’m finally in the normal range. (Of course, check with your doctor on what they recommend for you specifically)I like that these are vegetarian capsules, made in the US, and are very simple – just 3 ingredients.Other ingredients: hypromellose (capsule), rice extract blend
