I bought these because I had noticed I was being more ill than usual, and I didn’t want to make everyone around me miserable. I just wanted to calm down, mellow out – without going to the doctor and getting put on nerve pills. I’m female and almost 37 years old…. I figure hormones are the culprit. But it could have been the idiot husband, because even with these, I found myself unable to allow his behavior without calling him on stupidity.That being said – we are now separated. Filing for divorce. We’ve only been married almost 19 years (and together for more than 20), so you can imagine the emotions I have been feeling. I think I’ve been through them all. But this stuff…… this stuff WORKS. I keep it at work in my little mini fridge, and I take one every morning when I take my vitamins and my prescription medicine. How do I know it works? Because, like I said – I keep it at work. The first weekend after all of this happened, I COULD NOT STOP CRYING. I was a mess. I sobbed all weekend long. Then Monday I went to work and took my daily regimen of pills, including these…. And I realized, halfway through the day, that I had not cried. No tears. Nothing had changed as far as my relationship – the ONLY thing that changed was whether I took this pill or not.My only complaint is the large size of these, and it does have a distinct smell. I had to write a review as someone who has also tried this product while nursing and I did not have good results. Milk supply went down (B6 is known to lower milk supply)…Actually…my milk became non-existent for almost 8 hours. I took one pill at night with food…The next morning my husband commented how nice and calm I was, so naturally, I wanted to take another one…and shouldn’t have done it..Also need to note that Valerian Root has addictive properties and it isn’t recommended one should take it for more than 10 consecutive days. So with that being said, this product is best on as needed basis and if you are nursing, then keep it to one pill.

A very good friend told me to get these for my Husband and myself we are both just getting over shingles which have very bad and it’s bad when you are over sixty and later life and that is very true .As you get the shaky depressed your whole nervous system is out but I tell you what both of us are feeling better slow nut sure and it’s thanks to these excellent ,you take 3 a day with food and they help calm you down your nerves calm help you sleep because you itch bad and it’s like having pins picking you if you scracth Also helps your mind .it’s all natural stuff what is in them worth every penny .I will reccomend them
