Great value vitamins
These vitamins are great. They have so many more nutrients compared to other vitamins and they don’t upset my stomach if I take them in the morning.

Box came in a little rough condition but nothing major. Seal and bottle intact. So, I used to always take vitamin D, Zinc and B complex daily but I saw a bottle of Alive! Women 50+ at my MIL house.I decided to try one because why not? ð¤·ð»ââï¸ð¤ªThe morning after I GOT MY PERIOD meaning an actual light flow. I’m extremely irregular and it had been more than10 years since my period was spotting.So I’m pretty sure these vitamins made it possible for me to get a regular period again. I even got minimal cramps which were NON EXISTENT.2 weeks before I took the pill, I was “on my period” but like always, just spotting. I haven’t taken anything differently or made lifestyle changes so I’m certain these provided a specific nutrient I’ve been lacking or several nutrients, let’s be honest.I don’t have the most balanced lifestyle or diet. I’m genuinely so happy but I got the regular woman’s vitamins not the 50+ as certain nutrients are too much for a woman my age and can cause adverse effects. I truly recommend these.

This is probably the second or third time I’m purchasing this multivitamin. I’ve found it to be a very useful addition to my supplements. The pills are a bit big but easy to swallow and there’s no bad after-taste. I really like this especially the fact that I only need to take 1 per day. There’s no smell. I definitely recommend.
