Favorite multivitamin
I started taking these post partum and they did me so good! I also think the ashwagandha helped to regulate my mood! They may have a late effect on dissolving or are strong because I take them with breakfast food and feel nauseous a couple hours later so I have to eat a snack & it goes away.

Love this vitamin but…
I absolutely love this vitamin for the cost and effect it had on me daily. It didn’t make my stomach upset or nauseated. I also had a better mood and sleep. However, suddenly out of no where, no matter how many times I tried to reorder it, Amazon wouldn’t deliver so I was forced to change products.

I mean, could you get better vitamins that are packed full of so much goodness for a better price?Iâm amazed these are the price that they are and they are so good.Definitely take with food! Unnecessary large container
I ordered this multivitamin after a conversation with my primary care regarding specific supplements I should be taking due to a thyroid condition. I decided to go with a multivitamin versus opting for taking multiple vitamins. This was one of the few options that had everything suggested with appropriate quantities I was looking for with a good source for each. So far I’ve been only taking 1 capsule (the daily recommended is 2). I personally like to work my way up to the recommended daily dose, and I’m glad I did. I’ve had the vitamin burps for the first few days, this has dialed back after about a week. It also makes my urine smell like vitamins also (does make me wonder how much is absorbing though). I don’t believe I’ve been on it long enough to say that it’s making a difference, but I will say I have noticed a slight decrease in the amount of hair I’ve had falling out.I also want to note, the bottle size is incredibly over sized for the quantity inside the bottle. It is a 60 count and is maybe a third full. This is super unnecessary and to me is a marketing tactic.

Absolutely Amazing
I did a lot of research before purchasing this multivitamin because I was looking for something specific. Not only did I want a solid daily vitamin to give me essential nutrients, but I was also looking for something to lower my cortisol levels. I researched what were the best supplements to help lower stress/cortisol levels and this contains basically everything other than lemon balm which I just bought seperately.I’ve been taking this for almost 2 months now and can really see a difference. My energy levels are great, my mood has improved, I am not as anxious, im more focused(I am the ADHD so that’s helpful), my PMDD symptoms are nowhere near as bad(IYKYK), and I sleep better at night.This is the first and only thing that I have on subscribe and save so I feel like that says something about this product. I definitely won’t be going a day without them and they are worth a try!

Synthetic vitamins
These had everything I was looking for but after a little digging, realized that the ingredients were made in a lab and not natural, for example Vitamin A (from Palmate). Since these are not derived from natural whole foods/processes, I tossed them. Being on synthetic vitamins for extended periods of time are not healthy.

I started taking this multivitamin with minerals when my prior multivitamin was not available. I have found this multivitamin with minerals does not leave it aftertaste or upset your stomach. I’m feeling that I have better overall focus and energy! Some of the vitamins and minerals contained within this vitamin have allowed me to stop taking multiple pills as they are already present in this multivitamin. I would recommend this to anyone. It shipped on time. There were no issues. I have bought it several times now and will continue to do so.
