It will definitely clean you out!
I had purchased these supplements back in 2023 after a recommendation from a friend. I had moved in 2023 as well and had put these in storage. I just got them back and forgot about them, I took two along with my other daily supplements assuming it would be something just to help me keep a flat tummy. Well it definitely did everything it promises! I didnât even realize how backed up I had been but thanks to these, I feel like Iâve been cleaned from the inside out! I took two of them and it did cause my tummy to hurt a little but it still got the job done.

It works!! I use this most nights and by morning, I’m usually ready to go, if not right after a cup of coffee. I typically only use 1, but will occasionally use 2 if I feel like I need to. I had mild cramping at first (especially when I would take 2), but my body seems to have built a tolerance and now I don’t feel anything! Love love love these. Love that they don’t have magnesium (for whatever reason those would always make my breakout), love that they’re not a stimulant, and love that you take them orally.

So I have bought this for the second time now. I only take one at a time because if I take two at a time, I better be home for a couple days. But I will take one every few days if I donât work the next day because once it hits you, youâre gonna be in the bathroom and itâs gonnabe obvious what youâre doing. Definitely cleans you out

Itâs SUPPOSED to give you diarrhea. It works
Take one pill to start, on the morning of your day off, and donât go anywhere. I did have a mild tummy feeling but itâs slushing out all of the old crap in your bowels. So yeah, it felt like that. The aftermath a few days later (I only take one pill once a month honestly) was a beautiful, gorgeous, solid ð©. Also I am on the IBS spectrum so side note, mango also helps solidify poo if your poo is âtoo softâ. Another side note, if your ð© is TOO solid, I take fiber gummies for that. Gets rid of constipation. But get the ones with real sugar (or fruit sugar whatever thatâs called) bc the fake stuff might kill good bacteria in your gut. Iâm not opposed to taking this stuff everyday for other people but for me itâs one pill, once a month. I canât be running to the bathroom every 2 hours at work.

I didn’t have much hope in this product but thought I would give it a try. Thus far, I have been using it once a week and my stomach feels so much better! I no longer wake up with bloating or feeling like my stomach hates me. I truly just feel so much better! (lighter too lol)

These are dangerous. I donât know whether to give a full 5 star review or 0 stars bc omg they work but omg it hurt. I am a chronic constipation sufferer and have tried every fiber supplement from miralax to magnesium citrate. THESE are otherworldly. Aside from the excruciating cramps they gave me, I am cleared out from top to bottom. I would not recommend taking these daily, they should strictly be a last minute option. I would say they are a step above magnesium citrate on a strength level. Please be careful omg.
