I loved the bottle. Choose stainless steel to be long lasting; but the weighted straw broke easily during washing and it is impossible to buy a spare. They offer only the tip, or told me to ‘buy another bottle’ . Worst customer service. Don’t buy a expensive long lasting bottle if you can buy spares of the parts that break

We love design but the straws donât really work unless you squeeze them. Where the opening is inside the straw is a cross so you canât suck through but when you squeeze it starts to come out. Very annoying. But we love the design so will keep but not purchase another.
