I have a slight degenerative joint disorder caused by a chronic case of Epstein-Barr, essentially giving me a form of Rheumatoid Arthritis in my 30’s. I have struggled with excruciating knee pain for the past two years which has limited my athletic abilities. I can honestly say that these knee braces have substantially changed how I move and have helped me to regain a degree of athletic ability.I bought a brace for each knee, and after utilizing the sizing chart provided in the item description (which you absolutely MUST use for an accurate fit), I was pleasantly surprised to find that these braces fit me nicely with a high level of comfort. They do not slip or slide, they don’t cause chafing and they don’t feel painfully tight. The gel ring around the knee cap provides ample support and the spring braces on the the side keep me from throwing my leg out the wrong way during my martial arts training. They help mitigate the pain of going up and down stairs, and thanks to the support they offer, they have been instrumental in physical therapy.I’ve been using these braces steadily for several weeks now and am overall very happy with the results. My only advice to the manufacturer is to make the design more appealing for those of us that may be wearing this visibly. That’s a small nitpick for an otherwise great product. I would definitely recommend this to those who are experiencing knee problems but wish to continue to exercise and be active. I wear them during all workouts, during martial arts, and if I plan on doing a lot of walking. They fit nicely under jeans and pants too.

This is a consistent product the sizing can be a little off. But customer service is pretty consistent and will work with you to get the right fit. They feel really soothing on the knees I wore them the entire day and didn’t feel like it was cutting off my circulation.

It works on severely damaged botched “repair surgery” chubby old lady legs.
Bought one for my mother the other day (I bought another today because it really does help) 76 years old, major knee injuries and surgeries to “fix” them both, but she was concerned about construction, as she is also heavier, partly due to limited mobility. We bought xxl after taking measurements according to the seller’s included info. When the brace arrived she tried to out it on and found it quite simple, especially compared to any of the strapped ones she has. She called me while i was at work and told me that not only was it easy to out on, but also that it had a band at the top that helped keep.it in place, but not apply like a tourniquet. She was letting her knee dangle from her chair, and felt none of the separation and pain that goes with the loose joints. She was able to out her weight on it immediately after it dangling, which usually causes severe pain and crunching of the damaged cartilage. Usually she has to take several seconds to slowly apply pressure, and when she walks she has to kind of keep her feet on the floor and slide sometimes to keep the knees from separating. Also, her knee cap stays supported and pushed up against where it should be instead of buckling out, and the side support helps with her stability when standing for periods of time. She tries to be active and stuff. And this definitely helps already. She has been able to walk with her dog with a cup of coffee in the morning again.Seriously, it has helped. She has major pain. It’s not ALL gone but she honestly says it went from 9.5-10 on a regular basis, to able to sit and have it at like 3.5 or so. Seriously a big difference. When she walks, sometimes it still gets bad again for a moment, but it’s only been a few days, and she has to get used to what range of movement she can use. Again. It’s working. And I already ordered the other one. If she can walk with both legs at a 3.5-5 as a normal instead of 9.5-10, I’m buying more for backups and for wearing while she washes others.Big thanks to the seller.
