I had a fall and landed on my knees and fist.Painful and nerve damage on knuckles, scraping on the knees. The first night was awful pain and could not sleep. Good for scraped knee.
My girlfriend scraped her knee and this helped heal the injury faster. The Lidocaine helped with numbing the burning sensation so that’s a huge plus. Wish it was cheaper
