Handheld monitor poor quality but otherwise decent
UPDATE: at 6 months this camera just stopped working. Stopped connecting to the monitor and phone. Garbage. Too late to return. The customer service troubleshooting is trash. They are clearly not tech people; just an out of country outsourced customer service that asks you to follow troubleshooting steps they have on a script. Every question you ask (even simple ones like where can I find the id number) they put you on hold to âfind the answerâ.****Have used this for almost 6 months. Picture quality and mobility of camera great, app on phone decent, handheld monitor very poor quality.Love that I can mount the camera pretty much anywhere.App works decent – takes maybe 5-10 seconds to load which isnât the best, But like that I can view even when outside of the home.Handheld monitor has short battery life, loses connection, makes this annoying beeping sound when it loses connection. Picture quality on the device is good when it works but is otherwise completely terrible and unreliable. If you donât care for the handheld monitor then this isnât a bad choice. But I like having a monitor that runs while I sleep (as opposed to having the app on my phone open and running).The price was right but if I could do it over, Iâd probably just have bit the bullet and bought one of the expensive ones.

I love this camera. I looked for one this versatile all my pregnancy.Its really easy to set upYou can move it easily. It is very flexible.The image is very good and adapts to the light in the roomYou can use it with your cell phone and with the monitor. This is what I was looking for the mostIt has motion alerts and cry detectionIt has some things to improve:The monitor battery discharges very quickly.The camera can get very hot when in use.Sometimes the monitor loses the signal and the image takes a while to update. (Although I think it is due to my wifi connection)I really recommend it. I am very happy.

UPDATE: reached out to me to try and replace the camera it give a refund and they ghosted me. SERIOUSLY DONâT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THISI absolutely hate this monitor and I HIGHLY suggest going a different route.1. Horrible picture. Canât barely see if baby eyes are open or if chest is rising and falling.2. THE WORST BATTERY LIFE.3. When battery gets low it starts beeping VERY loud and quick for a solid 30 seconds before stopping. Not sleeping baby friendly.4. The two way audio DOESNT WORK! For something that has a giant mic button it that literally doesnât do anything itâs infuriating.5. Takes absolutely forever for the monitor to turn on. You can press the power button a few times too before itâll even try to turn on.6. They are clearly lying about this product and itâs taking from families. Spend your dollars on something thatâs actually worth it please. Donât give yourself this headache.

Do not waste your money.
After researching new baby monitors for weeks, I had decided on this one due to the immense number of positive reviews it received. We purchased this monitor for our 3-month-olds bedroom since she’s started rolling and can no longer sleep in our bedroom in her bassinet. I was excited, because this monitor had a lot of the features that I was wanting. The temperature and humidity show, you could have both a handheld monitor and the app on your phone, it looked easy to set up, and it didn’t have an ungodly number of wires included to set it up.We got this monitor in around 1 in the afternoon and plugged the handheld monitor in to charge. The instructions say to charge it for 5 hours… we charged it until about 9:00. We set up the camera in my daughter’s room (one thing I liked was how many different ways you can set it up) and we ended up mounting it to her crib so we could have an aerial view of the whole bed.For starters…. the camera SUCKS. I’m not kidding when I say it would’ve been better quality if I had facetimed myself. It’s so fuzzy that it’s nearly impossible to tell if her eyes are open. You cannot zoom in on the monitor (not sure about the app). The two-way audio doesn’t work (it worked one time and then stopped). I do like how easy it is to control the monitor. That was a plus.Now. My breaking point.We put our daughter in her room at about 9:30-10:00. At about 10:15, I thought I heard her crying, but the monitor didn’t go off, so I assumed it was phantom cries and mom brain. Around 10:20, I was certain I heard her cry, but the monitor didn’t go off again, so I got up to check her and she was crying in her room. I got her settled and back to sleep, so I got back in my bed and around 11 my husband woke me up and asked me to check the monitor. She was sound asleep, so we set the monitor to continuously stay on and laid back down, and at 11:45 he woke me up again because he thought he heard her crying but again… no noise from the monitor… and she was definitely crying in her room.After 3 times of the monitor failing to alert us that our daughter was hysterical in her room, we brought her back into our room out of fear that we wouldn’t hear her once we entered a deep sleep. We all dozed off, and at 2:00 in the morning, I woke up to an obnoxiously loud beeping. The monitor was almost dead. After 4 hours of using it. Not even continuous usage… it was in VOX mode. It’s supposed to have a 30-hour battery life. It didn’t even last 5. We had turned it off when we brought her into our room, so I’m being gracious with 4 hours of usage. Realistically, we probably used it for a max of 2.5 hours.Don’t waste your money. We will 100% be returning this and will test out a 3rd monitor. For yours and your baby’s safety, comfort, and sleep… do NOT get this monitor.
