Previously, I had a Waterpic brand portable unit. It was junk – It needed batteries and the batteries would rust in the case. They were expensive and had to be replaced all the time. Had no speed adjustment and one extra tip and cost twice what this unit cost. This one is GREAT. It’s rechargeable and last tree weeks on a single charge. Speed and pressure are not only adjustable, but customizable. It comes with a variety of tips. It’s durable, easy to clean and works great. Buy it!

Worked Great Until It Didn’t
I purchased this product Jan. 31, 2024.I loved it when I first started using it. It is affordable and worked great until it didn’t.I needed to replace the one I had. It still worked but it was getting slow on the charge.I decided to try a less expensive one and chose this one based on the reviews.However, like other’s have posted, it started to turn on by itself. Then it wouldn’t turn on at all. It would quit working while I was in the middle of using it.I thought it needed to be charged but that didn’t solve the problem either.I ended up throwing it away.I went back to using the product I used before. It is a lot more expensive, but it works, and it worked for years without issue.If you are okay with a throw away water flosser this might be for you.In my case, I will spend a little more money and have the comfort of knowing the product won’t self-destruct, get a mind of its own, and work without issue.Update: 07/03/2024- The seller reached out to me and offered to resolve the problem that I had with the water flosser. That rarely happens. It was refreshing to hear back and that they want to make things right.I upgraded my previous rating based on the fact they reached out.
