Bring on summer!
This machine is fantastic. Took a bit to figure out for me, but now itâs simple and so much fun. Definitely get extra pints and have some ready! The first use we had an ice cream party with the great grandparents and every one loved it, got to customize their ice creams, and now when my son sees me start up the machine, he calls up his grandparents and they come running. Definitely a really great tool to bring family and friends together. It can be loud but only for a few minutes, and you know what? It WORKS, unlike certain machines at the French fry place ð

I loved it! Thank you Ninja for this amazing machine. I made açaà smoothie and it got perfect!blended very all all the fruits, no chunks left, very smooth after 5 minutes. Itâs a little pricey, but Iâm happy with it. So practical. I wish it would come with more information regarding every cycle option in the machine. Took me a little time to figure out how to put it to work, but the videos on the QR codes really helped. Best part is: all pieces are dishwasher safe!

So Many Possibilities
I’m quite enjoying the ease of use of this product although it is quite loud… like for about 5-7 minutes you are hearing a construction saw going so that sucks. The soft serve side is finnicky recipe wise; some things just melt too fast to be cone worthy. I LOVE how simple it is to use though. I froze a can of crushed pineapple and made pineapple sorbet and it was SO DELICIOUS. I’ve been experimenting with the various soft serves in the book and some need tweaking. Beware of the heavy cream… the creami has a tendency to over-churn it and make it buttery; the flavor of the ice cream is still good but leave the greasy film in your mouth.

Omgoodness this is the one! It truly makes delicious ice cream and swirls at that! Tried other makers but this is the winner hands down. Looks attractive on countertop and is about same size as an espresso machine. Easy to use and worth the wait⦠make everyday a special one

Totally worth the money and learning curve.
When you first open the box, you may be afraid of all the parts, booklets and such. Do not despair. Youâre going to follow the detailed directions, watch the videos, take a deep breath or three, and in 24 hours youâll never have to stop in a DQ again. Soft serve like Carvel used to make. Get to it.

Relatively expensive but very decent machine
Pro: Very Versatile in the recipes you can put inside the machine.Only Con: it’s quite loud at around 90 decibel. So don’t use it at night if you have relatives or roommates.

Not Worth It – makes terrible soft serve soup and is very very noisy
Seriously considering sending it back!I have a Breville Ice Cream compressor and have for years. It makes fantastic ice cream.I was attracted to this ninja because I love soft serve and thought this would be great for the summer.I finally tried it today. Was in the mood for soft serve. Followed their recommended recipe exactly. Well it was soup within seconds.I was so disappointed. The texture was gritty and the consistency was soup-like.I will try once more and reach out to the company – but for this price or any price it’s not worth it.
