The best Omega-3 out there.
These are the best omega-3’s out there. Pills are a decent size, so easy to swallow. They can be taken any time of day without stomach upset. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in inflammation in my face since taking these. Best of all the ingredients are clean and great quality!

I loved these! I’ve tried supplementing fish oil in my diet for years because I know it’s excellent for your joints, skin and overall health, but my stomach is extremely sensitive and I would always get sick taking them or at the very least bloat and have fishy burps for hours! I decided to try once more and this time I did my research about ingredients and I kept coming back to this brand. I LOVE THEM! I take two in the AM before breakfast, but sometimes I miss breakfast and I still have absolutely no stomach bloat or discomfort and NO BURPS! You definitely are getting quality ingredients with this brand all of their fish oils are in the triglyceride form which is what you want to look for in a fish oil supplement. They also include vitamin D3 so I no longer need to supplement that vitamin. The pills are medium sized and soft so I found them very easy to swallow which is important to me because I have a weak muscle in my throat which makes swallowing some larger pills impossible. If you are looking for a quality omega-3 source to add to your diet, this one is the best I’ve tried!

Great value and quality – this is the one to get
Tried several brands before settling on Nordic Naturals about two years ago based on the company’s reputation for reliable quality and couldn’t be happier with it. It’s often difficult to judge the effectiveness of supplements because you don’t really feel them working. Not so with this one. Was experiencing some joint pain and stiffness that has been completely alleviated since I began taking this, my doc is thrilled with my cholesterol numbers, and I’ve now got my folks on it as well. Be warned that the capsules are rather large – that put me off when I first saw them as I tend to have a hard time swallowing pills, but these really are super-easy going down. Getting a full daily dose with only 2 capsules and having the added vitamin D is a big bonus. Also love that this product is third party tested for toxins and you can even request a certificate of analysis for your particular batch number — this transparency gives some added peace of mind. Used to buy this at a local store, but the value here on Amazon is much better. No fishy taste, stomach upset, or unpleasant “after effects” whatsoever. A couple of tips: store it in the fridge to avoid any spoilage, and stock up before warm weather hits. You definitely don’t want to leave this sitting out on your porch in the heat.
